Where can I find more Bubble Belts? I only have one.

Does anyone else feel guilty about using a Bubble Belt?I have them equipped on everyone.But I feel....I dunno....like copping out of leveling to the max?But even if you level to 99,will your HP max out?I'm at level 73,and actual HP is still around 4800-5200.

No, your HP will not become 9999 when you reach lvl 99, its more around 6500

I also found Bubble Belts in one of the airships,but I forgot which destination.I also found Syphon.
