As most of you that I'm close to know, I've been in the military almost a few years now. Knew coming into the Administrator position that I would have to deal with my new lifestyle and my role on FFF, but didn't realize it would take up so much of my time and leave me with so little free-time.

I just want to fill you all in on why I have taken myself off Staff as Admin so no questions are left unanswered. I just feel that while I have been so inactive as of late, I feel hypocritical informing fellow staff members of their lacking activity and their need to be more active when I myself am hardly ever on. This isn't a "Oh I'm leaving, and not coming back deal", it's a "I'm stepping out of my position that I no longer feel I fullfill the role for". To everyone who's helped me out since the beginning of 2007 as a reg member new to the site, all the way up the ranks to Admin (both times!), thank you. Whether you're on staff now, used to be, or just as a regular member coming to me with any issues you had, or just FF-talk. Even to the suspended, banned, and "Most Wanted" members we have on the site from now, to way back then, it's been quite a journey.

I'll still post. Won't be much, but it's not goodbye. Just figured those should know that know me. Mitsuki's an amazing Admin and friend both, so I know her and Shu got a grip on things. :busta:

I WILL get you back for that ones of these days! Totally understandable though, I think you get to points where everything around you happens so quickly that FFF takes a non-existent role eventually. We never got to know each other as much as I would have liked (bar like, 1 conversation on MSN :wacky:) but you're always welcome back on staff anyway in my eyes. Take care man. :busta:

One of the best, if not the best staff member on the history of these forums. Always the epitome of professionalism. ;)

Sad to see you leave but the reason is definitely up there in the list of "Reasons to leave an online staffing position". :gasp:

Hm, wouldn't happen to ever play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, would you? I've really been into playing that online lately, if you ever play it I might run into you. :awesome:

I wish you the best of luck with everything. As valued as you are as an administrator on this site (for as long as I can remember xD), I totally honour your decision in stepping down in favour of your military commitments. I wish you all the best and for many fulfilling endeavours out there.

Feels like an age since we had a touch of the blue together, and it was a good experience to have gone through with you. It's a shame your other commitments mean you can't join in so much these days, but the cause is a reasonable one. =P

Good luck with your endeavours, and we'll no doubt see you again in the not-too distant future.

shut up and support your fallen comrade. he was one of the last stalwart defenders against tyranny and oppression on the forums. HE WILL BE MISSED.

glad you got your priorities straight though, hope you still come back and visit us when you got extra time

Barely talked to you either, but from what I've heard you were a great friend to some people, and you were a good admin. Sad to see the strong people leave the team, but I hope everything works out for you.

Surprised I didn't notice this earlier.

Sad to see you leave the role of Admin Jace but I understand how busy life gets and what you mean by not having any free time left for yourself.

Noooooo, how can the cruel world be so unfair? You'll be sorely missed by this member as well, Busta. Ever since I've known you, you've been the most chillaxed, easy-going mod I've ever seen. I thought people like that never existed in positions of power and I was never more happy to be wrong. ^_^

Ah, Busta, we've had good times. Remember that time long, long, ago, when Aztec was leaving the forum for some reason (can't even remember now) and his parting thread was like a huge slugfest? And I had made some really bad burn post? No one had any idea that Aztec was a RL friend of yours! And then you deleted my account then deleted yours? Those were damn good times! In fact, that was one of the best moments in my forum years. I know it's counter-intuitive, but I was never mad about that in the slightest. xD In fact, I thought it was pretty awesome that you stuck up for your friend, and it was something I'd definitely do if I were in your shoes. And I remember clear as day when you joined the forum again and we bumped into each other on the shoutbox and you were like "er, heh, sorry about deleting your account and all, nothing personal" and I thought it was funny because I wasn't even bothered by it, lmao And there's so much more hilarious stuff I saved somewhere on my computer!

Well, I can honestly say that this forum has greatly benefited from having you as a staff member. There are plenty of forums that have Nazi mods and hordes of pet trolls, but very rare are the forums with chillaxed, always-cool, people like yourself gracing them, especially for so long! It isn't without reason the 'cool' emote :busta: was named after you! I know you're not really saying goodbye, but your wacky avatar will be a sorely missed common sight. So good luck, please come home safe, and remember to post every now and then.

Or else the flying monkeys will get you. ;))
