Cait Sith is Scottish?

Even the subtitles get it wrong I think it's because the scrip gets changed to match the lip movements when it's translated from Japanese to English.
 
whats with people puttin down cait sith with a scottish accent?? im scottish and i thot it was quite good to see a different type of voice in there instead of ususal american accents. cait sith is from dunfermline, thats how it sounds.

I thought his accent was amazing its about bloody time scotland got some recognition :D im part scottish but i live in england
