Cait Sith

I can't say I hold anything against the guy... /toy. Nothing annoying about him, really, except for his voice in DoC. Awful stuff.

I didn't mind him in my party, either. He had quite the amount of HP; more than most characters had at any point (unless you had that materia...).
 
I really like Cait, I didn't at first but I really have grown a fondness for the fluffy puppet.

What makes it better for me is seeing Reeve in DofC and liking the fact that he uses Cait as a release to his responsibilites, I mean he's still responsible but he gets to act like a Scottish cat once in a while, I kinda like that.

Also cool to note that it is similar to and possibly played off of Setzer's "Slots" command in battle, as well as Wakka's overdrives in FFX. Not much difference between those 3 characters at all, so I kinda liked his Limit being different from the rest.
 
I like Cait Sith even though he screwed me over. I put alot of my materia on him cause his attack ain't worth a damn until he's in limit.
 
Yeha i never used him cause hes a scum back prick who resorted to holding a small girl hostage, while betrayig your party, and dont gimme that nonsense about how he sacrificed himself for a minute to get the black materia, cause its really just a dude at shinra HQ controlling him, so, i say fudge him;
 
he was very very weak :|
i didnt like hime because of that, and because he betrayed us,
and because his fortunes are crap :mad:

I'm glad to see not as many people hate him as I thought. Although the ones that do really seem to hate him. And I agree with Mitsuki, I actually thought the ball of fluff was Cait Sith and that's part of why I liked him. I never really got that he was the cat.

Ahh, glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought that! I was starting to think I was really dumb back then. :blink: When I watched AC and got to the part where the whole party shows up in the end, I wondered where Cait Sith was. I did NOT even see the cat on top of Red XIII until my friends pointed him out for me. >.< That's when I found out that the cat was Cait Sith.

And for those who finds his attacks weak...erm, get him to level 99 and you'll see that he's actually pretty damn strong. And I'm not just talking about his reels too. ;) Actually, it was that fluffy white thingy that does the damage, not Cait Sith, lol. Cait Sith pretty much just controlled him, but the real strength really comes from Fluffy. More power to him! <3

Oh and...so what if he betrays you? Consider it as a twist? That's what we all love from a game, yes? A twist? Well there you have it. :P
