yeah cloud prob is the strongest ff good guy and no ff bad guy can beat him because there evil that is the way of ff.There are good guys from non-ff games that could beat him.

Sephiroth Could Beat Cloud But It Is Not A Priority To Him He Likes To Antagonize Cloud He Derives More Pleasure From The Sheer Torture He Inflicts Rather Than Winning In A Battle

Taking away the plot-induced stupidity (good guys alwaying winning) I'm pretty sure Sin, Kuja, Kefka or Neo X-Death could easily beat Cloud. And, if there had not been that fanservice movie showing Cloud doing something he was never shown in the game, Zidane would kick his ass. Not only is his Ultima Weapon better given its design but he was shown to ee extremely quick and agile. That plus the fact he was designed to surpass Kuja easily put him above Cloud. But, of course, that's not including AC which is, again, pure fanservice and making it unjust to compare him to any other FF hero because they did not have benefit of a movie.
