can't create thread in Clan HQ

how come i can't create a thread in the clan section to promote our gaming community?

I think that clan place is for clans related to the RPG inferno, which used to be hosted here, and it gonna make a return. And I dont think you can advertise your gaming community here, but Ive seen some people put it in thier sig so that should be OK.

the ad for our gaming community is a positive to the rest of the community because if there is enough of a following or interest in any game, we'll host forums, vent, and servers for you... we have a very large City of Villans/Heros and WoW guild... i would LOVe to start a FFXI one
