Well it's close enough to Christmas now for Christmas threads to be popping up so shut your freaking titties you losers who post the same "BUT IT'S NOT EVEN DECEMBER YET" comments everywhere.

Anyway. What's on your wishlist for Christmas this year? I know prezzies aren't everything but who doesn't love a nice gift or 10 :ohoho:

Make sure to write why you want the things you want, surely there is a reason for wanting the gifts you list :O

Also feel free to write down anything you're getting for other people like family and stuff :D

  • For me I would really love money first of all. I think it's a shit gift, to give or get money but I really need it for my trip coming up, it would be the most handy thing right now, otherwise some big thick winter clothes for the same reason would be awesome.
  • Some perfume would be nice too. There is one I really want and everytime I want to go and get it, I end up with bills which suck all my money dry so it would be nice if a family member would get it for me instead :ari:
  • Maybe a Wii U too.... but that's quite expensive haha...that's really just wishful thinking...

That's all on my want list.

For other people, I am not sure yet, I'll have to have a look around the shops very soon for ideas!
 
Well I was just gonna ask for a laptop this year but meh we have crap places to buy em here and my folks aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer on the net ~.~ ((I Pretty much have to do everything for them since they forget what I tell them >.>))

Top of the list would be...

PS Vita + Persona 4 Golden xD;

Aside from that some PS3 games to catch up with.

Maybe ask for some cash although they hate doing it, I like to buy stuff online where they're inept at. ((mostly Models or DVDs))

Meh tbh I never know what to ask for anymore ~.~

I would like:
Another set of wooden knitting needles so I can knit two socks at the same time ;)) but not made of bamboo, please, I wouldn't wanna hurt any Pandas.
A paint set so I can wipe the grins off those people who could afford to go to art school.
An archer buddy so I can enter archery tournaments - the gift that keeps on giving year-round U.U

I'm getting everyone I know in real life a pair of hand-knitted socks and for those extra special people who are most close, a pair of warm hand-knitted gloves.
 
This year i just wanna have a really good day with the family and have a nice meal.
As for gifts im happy enough splitting the bill on food or whatever. It may sound cliche as hell but i dont want a single thing. I work and earn a good wage. Il get myself anything i need as for other people im not sure.
Id just like to have a good christmas with my mum brian and my wee sister =)
 
What I personally would really like and appreciate is to find another job and be working again. I feel so unproductive while I'm not working. I miss helping and healing people and being a comfort to them :( Hopefully something will come along for me...

As far as what I'm physically asking for this year, I'll only get gifts from a couple of people I know...which is fine. I really don't need anything anyways.

But, I'm asking for a new portable dvd player since mine broke on me a few weeks ago, and Togf (ps3 game) to keep me occupied while I'm at home and possibly not working in the coming months.

We should really be lucky we all have something to eat, family to love and spend time with, and a roof over our heads during Christmas time and in general... when there are so many who don't even have that :(
 
Actually--with my dad being sick.... I just want a happy holiday season with my family. lottsa snow and fun days would be perfect. if i have to pin-point a gift, though... i'd say tickets to see chevelle live with my dad, brother and sister would be amazing. we're all fans of them (my dad somewhat likes them) and it would be really special to have my first concert be of my favorite band with my family. actually, i think i'd probably cry if that happened :lew:

other then that, i want three to four feet of snow. :mokken: for the last three christmases it's been dry as a bone.... and what's christmas without snow!
 
Im actually just asking my parents to pay for half of a Nexus 10 for me. Im not going to ask for much because I honestly make three times what my parents do. I did get most of my shopping done for my friends and family though so far.

Though a christmas on the beach is pretty nifty too :griin:
 
Yeah :lew: I bet it's fun to be in a summer-y environment during christmas... but if it's gonna be freezing I'd wish it'd at least snow :damon:
 
i never want anything usually, though this year i want a projector, not a tv one, one for my art, so I can get my initial drawings onto canvas quicker and easier as I tend to draw it out first, then I have to do it again and make templates to minimise mistakes so I dont ruin the canvas

I wanted GHDs too, but i know im getting them for my bday which is a week before crimbo, so all is good

theres also a hat i want, but im not sure if hes got it me, or i have to show it him again so he knows to get it me :8F:

Anyways.

All I honestly want for Christmas is Dishonoured and the Mass Effect trilogy on the PS3, and I will probably be getting both, because I'll ask my mother for one and my aunt for the other. I'd be quite happy with just a couple of games to occupy me. That said, I'd be quite happy if someone bought me A Crown Imperiled, and/or gave me some money that I can put towards A Memory of Light when it comes out next year...or set aside to fund my gaming next year. Either or. I suppose I could use some new clothes as well, which is just as well, because I expect I'll get some.

Things I want but know I won't get include stormy and/or snowy weather, bitter cold - winter has been far too mild these past two years down here - and something that isn't complete and utter shit to be put on TV for once.
 
This year I mainly just want cash :lew: After spending so much money on gifts I just want my money back. Or at least some of it.

I really want Just Dance 4, or 1 or 2. I have 3 and it's sooooooo fun :ohoho: It's so much fun playing with buddies at a party. But I've memorized all the moves on the good tunes so now 'tis boring.

Aaaand pillow pets! :woo: I ♥ pillow pets. I already have a few...but I really want either the horse, penguin, koala, cow, giraffe, or cat. I have the dolphin, duck, and bumble bee. I did really want the elephant until I saw what it looked like! It looks like a fat mouse. If I got each one of these pillow pets I think my life would be complete.

And like many other people have said I reeeaaally want snow! ♥ I think it was 2 years ago that there was a major snowstorm on Christmas and it was wonderful. Hope it's like that this year.
 
I don't really have a long list. :lew: My priority is to get my PC fixed, so I have a larger workspace. I would quite like a wider monitor for my PC too. Mine's 7 - 8 years old and square shaped; I would like to be able to view two pages in Word as opposed to one when I write and plan lessons.

Other than that, I COULD get Sleeping Dogs and the Splinter Cell trilogy, but they're not HUGE wants. :hmmm:

A fun family Christmas is my biggest wish really. :lew: I'm probably going to be doing a lot of work in that week, because I'm going skiing over New Year and have quite a bit of work to complete for my PGCE, but as long as I have Christmas music, a fun family lunch, and a walk through the New Forest in the slightly bitter winter air, I'll be happy. :)
