Cool! That's what I was thinking, but they looked like they could be touched so I figured that it was made out of metal or something :P

I've never heard of 3dsmax, but from what I see, it has to be really good!

The second pic definitely doesnt look 3D I thought it was real life pictures O_O!! That's so awesome dude! Looks so real.

And the way you set it out... It is almost a "what if?" situation. It looks like Shinra have killed Cloud, or taken his sword, and placed it in the exhibition room at Shinra HQ. :awesome:

Very well set out, and it looks very real. I was also struggling to see if it was real or a 3d image. Only the stoney pebbles surrounding the sword gave it away for me, an even then I had to look closely at the way they were placed / looked.

I definately want to see you do more stuff! :O
 
Whoa awesome looks so real i was going to say that must have taken months to build out of metal, but great work can't wait to see some more stuff from you.
 
Wow that looks absolutely brilliant!

I really admire you guys who are able to make these sort of things using 3D programs and such. It must take a lot of time, effort and commitment to create such a fantastic piece of art!

How long did it take you to complete this by the way?

I noticed you said it's a work in progress, so how long did it take you to get this far anyway? XD

this is what 3D max can do look great are you using Metal Ray or Vray renders for it?

thanks :D . it take me around a day to modelling the sword :D

Wow, that's amazing, I swear it looks like it is real. Very, very good job with the Buster Sword, that's gotta be just how'd it'd look if it were in real life, full sized like that.

It is one big sword. XD

I have to agree that its gorgeous and its a shock that it isnt real it looks impossibly polished and so SHINY lol its a wonderful piece of art that should be in that French museum that has the funny name and that portrait of that famous drunk chick lol

Thats some sweet work dude, the sword looks amazing, keep up the great works man. ihope you can pull off some more works like this one.
 
good images, i would like to see some other areas as well beside the shinra building and the sword, maybe either other games?
