ok im on disc 2, i have the item cosmo memory but wen ever i go to give it to Red XIII he just says i dnt get it ?

any help??????

You need to have learned the level 3 limit before you can give him it, other wise you'd just be able to use it straight away, which would take away the point of learning the first 3

well i got howling moon, what other level 3 limits does he have?

Earth Rave....although I thought you could learn it as soon as you learned the first one....

You need to have learned 6 of his Limit skills (two skills per level) in order for the level four Limit Break item to be used on the relevant character.
