Haha I was thinking the same thing, I don't think this is any FF character or if it is it could be someones interpretation of that character. I think this is just some general 'Fantasy' character.

I was going guess a female Kuja but if you put in Final Fantasy in Google images you do get some images that are just fantasy and not "final fantasy"

Was confused because the link has "girls-of-final-fantasy" in it but now starting to think she might just be a "fantasy girl" must still find out who she is though, thanks for the help.
