Demon Mail

I could very well be mistaken, but I think you need to level up Bartz to a certain point before it becomes available for purchase. As for the required level to reach, I can't say... a quick and easy way of establishing it though would be to use the levelling trick against a Lv 100 character, therefore bumping Bartz's level exponentially in no time at all.
 
I know one is Heavy Armor, I THINK the other is unknown bone and the other is a common component which I forget the name of D:

As for unlocking, I know I had it by the time I cleared all of the destiny oddysees (least, that was when I noticed it there) so I guess you'll find it eventually when you finish them.
 
already beat all odyssees.. and that doesnt help calze6

i have Heavy Armor and Unknown's Bone.. if someone can tell me the other component hopefully i can get it and demon mail will unlock

The components are actually Heavy Armor, Ancient Bone x1, and Nue Bone x2.


And this is just conjecture, but I think to unlock it, you have to get either Cecil or Sephiroth to level 50. It might be wrong, but i had them both above level 50 when I noticed it. (they were the only ones, so...)

I noticed it after having been grindind sepgiroth for days on end, maybe that's it. Then again that came around after completing most of the Destiny odywhatevers.
So really I have no idea
