Well yesterday I was watching Advent Children for a millionth time and I've noticed something terrible :P Remeber the part where Tifa was trying to talk to Denzel, where Kadaj summoned Bahamuth? A lil bit after that Denzel woke up and saw Tifa lying on the ground injured. He looked at Behemoth and said "Son of a bitch" (his words not mine)
It turns out that not all children are innocent :blink::D

So did you notice that?​
 
You only just noticed? I noticed it the first time and I didnt think anything of it.
Kids are like adults, when they get angry, they can swear. And bitch nowadays hardly classifies as a swear word anymore.

No I herd it the first time I watched it as well I just couldn't believe it lol
 
Yeah, I noticed, at first I wondered if I was hearing things but a quick rewind cleared things up, I was mildly surprised but hardly shocked, swearing is common practice nowadays afterall :monster:
 
Swearing for kids is nothing now-a-days. I see kids around the age of 7 cursing up and down. x__x.

Anywho, as for that part, It was like.."Wait...what did he say?" *rewind*..."HAHA, Oh shit".
 
I noticed that on the second watch-through, because on the first time I was too busy taking on the graphics. :monster:

But yeah, he does say that, not really much, though he did yell it out. o_O
 
i think under the circumstances his language was pretty mild. There was a huge dragon causing havoc afterall
 
It honestly took me a couple takes to pick up on it but when i did its like. "Cloud and Tifa your doing bad job as parents even if they arent yours." Then i just laughed cause thats all he said as a saw a huge dragon.
 
XD my brother is cosplaying as Denzel and I'm going to be Tifa, at Anime USA, and he's gonna say that randomly XD
 
I thought it was funny. I didn't make a big deal out of it though, especially since I've heard kids say worse things. I noticed it the first time I watched it too - the subtitles really helped a lot.
 
Eh, not surprising. In alot of my animes they cuss and flick people off.
Cursing and obscene gestures do not a crazy person make.(Ok why the hell did I put that there?!)
Anyway...kids cuss alot nowadays and I had a 5 year old cussing his ass off and double flicking me off. I kicked him into the pool and ran...

I never noticed that but I'm not really phased...
 
it was hardly a shock to me, once kids can walk and talk they are usually swearing, and i am shocked that you never noticed before, i noticed first time round ;)
 
i noticed but it really didn't bother me, as "bitch" is hardly a cuss word. and loads of kids use worse words.

it seemed to go with the original FFVII more, the characters in that game always turned the air blue :P
 
yeah, ff7 is the most swear filled ff game ever made!

denzel could have said worse though :P i know he has it in him to call bahamut sin a bastard
 
lol Yeah, I gotta say who cares really. I don't care if little kids swear, and I certainly didn't care that Denzel did. In fact I think I said something like, "hahaha that's adorable" or something random like that.

Swearing is fun, and is a needed part of any society xDD
 
Haha I noticed that the first time as well and it didn't really bother me all that much. It wasn't such a bad thing to say, there is a lot worse out there. Kids can say the darnest things though. :PI would have been swearing too if I had saw Bahamut in the sky like that. It's not really a big deal because swearing is such a huge part of society nowadays unlike back in the olden days lol. It's pretty normal to do it, some families are very strict on it though, I know ours isn't hahaha.

You see, I was watching on my Portable DVD, subtitles on, I was lying on the couch, Mum was standing behind me, doing the ironing, when he said it, I was all 'shit, I hope Mum didn't read that last line'!

Hahaha! That was my reaction exactly ^_^

Kids really do swear a lot nowadays, it's just something that people need to learn to overlook. If they get angry, they tend to curse. I mean this isn't the 80s anymore. We're in modern times now. Son of a bitch would hardly classify as a swear word to most kids Denzel's age. Now, I think it would be really uncool if they used anything more profuse, but words like dammit, hell, shit and bitch, that's common language in the kids today.
