Alright, what do you guys think. Personally, I think that the great nasty biatch got what she deserved. Let's debate this and see how many agree with me.

Yeah in a way she did deserve it, but Dagger had the feeling that Kuja was taking advantage of the queen.. which he was doing by the magic and summons..

At first, I thought that it was what she deserved. But just remember that Kuja was manipulating her into doing these unbelievable actions and Dagger lost her mother now as well as her father. In a way, she did, but it meant Dagger no longer had a mother.

Just to be clear on a few theories (I'm not slamming anybody, just stopping them before they begin), I'll post pre-arguments to some of the more obvious ones. WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS!!

1. Brahne being controlled by Kuja*

Brahne was controlled by Kuja. She may have been influenced by him, but she was not controlled by him. In scenes
such as the one in Burmecia, Kuja acted only as a...servant per say
. He may have given her strategies, shown her refined (well...as refined as she got) ways of dealing destruction, but he never outright controlled her. It was her will to do those things.

2. Brahne influenced by the Mist

Impossible. Alexandria sits upon a plateau that is above the Mist level, and the Mist can not get to it. She could not have been acting under the influance of the Mist because
she was still acting strange and ruthless when she ordered Zorn and Thorn to extract the Eidolons from Garnet, and they were situated in Alexandria Castle, which is far above the Mist level
.

Her excursions could not have proven this better, as Burmecia is filled with rain that pushes away the Mist and distills it. Cleyra is situated above and beyond the Mist level, far higher than Alexandria and Lindblum (which are both situated fairly high above the Mist level). Not only that, but Lindblum is also situated above the Mist. As per the fact that they run Mist-run machines, it is based on the fact that they can harness Mist and gather it, or use any that strays into their path.

3. The Number of Deaths Brahne was Responsible for

I will say now that it is a very valid estimate to say that she killed at least 5000. She
destroyed the entire population of Burmecia and Cleyra
, which easily equates to more than 2000. She also
destroyed a whole district in Lindblum
,
and critically damaged the others
, killing at least 3000 more. Cleyra itself (the parts you could access) easily housed 100 people, and that was only a fraction of the top of the Cleyran Tree (maybe a tenth). Imagine how many more there would have been around the rest of the Tree, PLUS the inhabitants of Burmecia that fled there.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, thats all I can think of for now. Please, argue these points. It would make an interesting debate.

^ lol

So true. Cleyra alone would have earned her uber amount of death sentencings. she was really nasty during this time.

she get what she deserve?? that's if your thinking same thing as she is, i mean if your only a revenging type of person, well if i would be zidane, i think i would'nt want that to happened to garnet's 2nd mother,, knowing that she still loves her mother.

But does that really justify her actions? I mean, she was responsible for the murder of more than 3000 people. I think she deserves the worst punishment imaginable (which happens to be death to tyrants like that).

Heh, if anyone deserves punishment, it's Kuja. But I guess he gets when
Zidane and the party defeat him before Necron. Then he really dies in the (forgot its name) Tree.
So he got his just desserts. I didn't even pity him.

Alright, what do you guys think. Personally, I think that the great nasty bitch got what she deserved. Let's debate this and see how many agree with me.

Of Course That Bitch got what she deserved

i really reallllllllly hated her

she shouldn't have played with fire

thankgod kuja got rid of her

and she's too stupid to suspect that someone like KUJA is manipulating her

To AngelofDestiny: Its actually called the Iifa Tree. Some wierdos call it the Lifa tree for some obscure reason. But it is Iifa (pronounced EE-fa)

To Spike_ffFan: Actually, she did realize that Kuja was pulling the strings. She just 'tried' to use that to her advantage. She thought to herself "I'll allow Kuja to think he's using me, but then I'll turn on him at the last second, catch him by surprise, and get ultimate POWER! MWAHAHAHAHA!" We see this when she
tries to kill Kuja with the Ultimate Summon: Bahamut: The King of Dragons (BOOYAH!).
She was a bitch. But she didn't realize that Kuja was one step ahead of her and knew that someone as power-lust as her would try and turn on him.

But, yeah, she was a stupid bitch.

I know that Kuja was a man, but when I said "But, yeah, she was a stupid bitch," I meant that Brahne was a stupid bitch, not Kuja. kuja was a bastard ^_^

I know :D She was EXTREMELY obese and blue! Not to mention the obviouszits covering her face. Majorly bad hygiene. *looks in the mirror* AHHHHHH!!! I'm turning into Brahne!

Seriously though, I really don't care about weight problems or skin problems. Hell, one of my best friends is like...BIG! But I don't like Brahne because of the way she acted. I'm glad that the bitch died (even though it was a little tragic because she used to be a good ruler).

she was being used and that wasnt really her....it was a demon inside her called GREED, it consumed her soul and she didnt even now what she was doin. oh and naruto is way better than dbz dont u think??

It was a transvestite external to her called KUJA. He warped her mind with Greed and Envy.

Kuja was using her. He maniuplated her into doing his own work (such is the life of the transvestite). He showed her that power was the only option. She was consumed by greed and continued to commit horrifying acts. Brahne was only a pawn and the pawns go first in Chess. However, you can't help but miss your first line of defense, right?

excactly right man

I agree, totally. Man, I love it when intelligent people come on here.

BTW Riku, are you Drakenmaster on
Advent Children Forums
? If you are then: Yay! I know you :D

This is my first propper post>! yay. lol

any way. you can say that she was evil and controlled but really you should just put the first disc in and play a bit. here you will see that
she isnt just evil and manipulated that way but that in part all thats happened is that someone has merely given her the ideas that leech
off her deep down pain and sorrow.! the loss of her daughter.. the only person that seems to love her mother no matter what. and from this she is left with nothing. although im sure that some of us would follow her line of thought to a certain point. but ur rite.. kuja is a knob jock so there ya go>! just think a little bit more bout da reason other than.. shes fat and blue!?! lol
