Did you played the game using Green Magics

I don't see how you people rarely use these spells. You really did need them for those big dungeons and bosses. Plus a useful spell is oil and silencega.

Yep i agree with that, before a boss or really hard mark i think it was essential to cast shellga protectega, faith and bravery on your whole party.

Also this little equation i always found useful:

Oil + Ardour = :D

That is a very powerful gambit. I use it all the time for Firage but now its used for Ardour.
 
I used these spells quite a lot. Especially if there was a save point just before the boss. I would cast the various green magic on my reserve party, switch over and do the same for my main party then save the game so I am going into a boss fight with protect, haste, shell etc. The reserve party's effects don't wear off if they are not in use so if you need to change near the end of the game so I did find them useful. :)
 
I only used the Green Magicks like Protectga and Shellga. I also occasionally used Faith and Bravery.
 
i found that they kinda kicked ass. specially like protectga and shellga, bravery and faith were great 2. i didnt bother with some of the others though. i can see how u could make it through the game without em though

i'm on my way to bahamut and i have never used green and time magics...but i spent a fortune on phoenix downs and hi-potions and x-potions
 
It's a shame you didn't have potions to add these status effects for long periods of time... or advanced versions of spells like Faith and Bravery.
 
Yep. All of my characters have a gambit for Protect, and my party leader has Bravery cast on them. I throw in Shell and such when I get to boss fights.
 
In battles, no. But i did use them before boss battles and i would protect and shell all of my characters before i even got into the battle so that i didn't waste time during the battle
 
I loved aggroing enemies with protect.

But they didn't love me for buffing them! :(
 
i pretty much only use float because i forget to keep on putting libra on so i kept falling in the traps for a while untill i bought it and then i was like "wheee!!!!!!! i'm FOATINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!":woot: (yes i can be a idiot sometime)
 
Yeah I did end up using float a lot of times because I would always hit those damn traps. Silence traps always aggrivated me.
 
yeah like that one that takes away hp it piseed me off because it killed 2 of my party members and left my last one with like 20 hp
