Ive found my Feral chaos party.~:

in order.

Empy/Vaan: These two are interchangeable. Their main perpose is to Annoy and destroy. just dodge around and shoot Wind bursts and flares/starfalls around.

Tidus/Tifa: Tidus is here because I main him and is freaking fast. Plus. Im really good at My Hi and Bye strat. which is get in. do damaged get out. It works because Tidus is fast enought to dodge F.C's attacks.

Tifa because Tifa is a freaking powerhouse. Her main point here is to get in and beat the Cosmos into chaos. which she will do well. Shes fast enough to aoid when she has too. and Her Hp attacks can combo and destroy F.C all the same.

Kuja: Kuja=range. Ill be most likely shooting off some forced symphonys untill i start to get wary. Where ill use more brave attacks and some Ultimia/Sephirac stars/Flare stars. Cant get to close when Forced symphony at this point.

Lightning: The jack of all trades. Most likely ill be Sending wateras aroud. while using Army of one and Other Ravager/Commando attacks. my main Hp attacks would be Thunder fall. Because i dont really want to get to close with lightning unless Im close to winning. then i bring in the big guns.

Yuna: should lightning die. My best will own the rest. Yuna is here to kick his ass into the next cycle. She will be using the link glitch "blizzard impact"(Which is: after the balls of the impulse attack hit. Quivky press the heaven;y strike attack. This is cause a glitch where Yuna will use Heavenly strike at long range) and sonic wings. Then She'll mostly Spam megaflare/Thors hammer/diamond dust with some Hells Fire in between

This stratagey is pretty sucky. I know. but im confident that Ill be able to pull it off.
 
For people who downloaded DLC, is it true that all the DLC ends up combined into one file on your PSP? 'Cause I downloaded Prologus + Aerith assist first, and then when Duodecim finally got to my home, I downloaded the KH Leon and Amano Tifa alt, as well as the Helmet-less WoL from the EU PSN, but when I saw the files on my PSP, it only showed the KH Leon DLC o_O
 
Can anyone make me like this game?

I bought it and played it for a week but I'm bored with it. I didn't even beat it. Any suggestions how to make it funner?

Well you could unlock the third story 000 and play it with 5 lvl 40-50's. I did it, they are all level 70 right now by just completing one gateway and 3 wandering manikins.
 
i was bored soo i went random news hunting and i can across a new DLC Costume

You know, we all expected Gunner Yuna, but to actually see it... xD

Pirate Vaan still makes me lol the most though :lew:

I kind of wish she could be used in gunner gameplay, but whatever, not in a hurry to grab the alt. costume *shrugs*
 
...Oooh I actually love that outfit. It is weird seeing her in that using her staff and summons though.

And Kesha. Flog the game, it clearly isn't for you.

Play the RPG battle system it makes it much more interesting, or at least for me it did. Other than that I got bored fast too, bad acting, bad dialogue, good graphics though.
 
Gunner Yuna?

Honestly that does little for me. It looks weird since she's not using guns or anything.

That would have been neat.

And I'll try putting it on RPG mode.
 
I never played the RPG version in the first Dissidia, and on a whim, I gave it a go in arcade mode in Duodecim, but I dunno, I'm really not feeling it. I prefer the more action oriented battle style myself :hmmm:

As for liking/disliking Dissidia, I guess i depends on what it is you're looking for in the game.

As I always say, I highly doubt story was a focus when the games were being made. It gave a passable premise to bring together characters across the game, but I think that's really it. After that, you control a character you love and beat the crap out of a character you hate xD

Plus the inclusion of quests just gives gamers their own creative freedom to make their own epic/crack-ish/fantasy stories involving cross-over characters ^^

Its not half bad, it makes you pay attention to the game and it actually takes a great deal of skill too, I had fun playing it, it makes the game seem less repetitive and button mashing in my honest opinion. Also it saves your PSP from broken buttons.
 
You know the character files in the museum? How do you unlock the "???" ones? I think it's through completing reports but I am not positive.

I wish I could help, but Baby Doll pretty much summed out why I don't like it. The biggest issue the story characters...

But Dissidia isn't exactly cannon is it?

That's an honest question btw. Is is considered cannon?

I've never actually read around enough to know.
 
As far as I know, Dissidia isn't canon. The main fact being that if these are all the characters from their respective universes, when in their original games did they get teleported to the Dissidia world, right?

It's like how Kingdom Hearts is a separate universe with FF characters. It's not like the FF characters in that game came from their original Ff games :hmmm:

Onion Knight wasn't a character from FFIII, just a persona created to represent that game. Same with WoL, so there's another thing.

I'm not completely hip with the Dissidia story, so there's more concrete evidence I'm probably not aware of :lew:

So even if they know each other in Dissidia..that doesn't mean anything right?

It's sort of like the Shinra FF10-FF7 connection, except that actually is cannon as far as I'm aware.

So FF7-FF10 are already connected. FF6 would have to be connected to both then?

I believe its considered cannon. Its cannon thus far with Yuna and Tidus. :D

There's not enough story to make it non-canon really, or even canon. But I think I remember reading it. And so far I haven't seen anything that ret-cons or anything.

But then again, I could be wrong xD

So FF7-FF10 are already connected. FF6 would have to be connected to both then?

Well if FF6 is before 7 and its world is called Gaia and 7's world is called Gaia and 10's world is Gaia after Spira (Or was it before Spira?), then they can be linked :D
 
I think it's left to you as an individual to decide. Every character seems to be teleported to this world in various parts of their story (I believe Tidus Yuna and Jecht were teleported just after the Yunalesca fight, when the Pilgrimage does come to a technical end, but I digress) and their memories are wiped (though sometimes it fails, as is the case with Yuna) and when they go back to their own worlds, their memories are once again wiped, therefore making the events of Dissidia have no effect on the characters development upon their return.

Tl;dr: There's nothing stopping fans from believing it's canon, but what happens during Dissidia has no effect on the characters when they go back to where they belong.
