Dissidia FF 2 !?!

If they ever did do that, I think they'd wait for a few more Final Fantasies to come out. Then, they could put the newer characters in. I'd like to see what almost everyone else does- a team. I think it would be so fun to have a bunch of the heroes come together for a battle. One you could control, that is.

I'm really satisfied with Dissidia as it is though, it's a great game. I still haven't finished it though, so maybe I should get through it before I praise it :P
 
I hope they do make Dissidia:FF 2, it would be epic. There's so much they could play about with, they could even add a Chaos FFXI character and Cosmos FFXII character.
 
They should certainly create a Dissidia 2. They can make different playable characters to fight with, maybe the main female characters of each FF (except for 6 and 11)
 
Where do we ask (well, pester =P) Square Enix to make Dissidia:FF 2? if all FFF members ban together, I'm sure we can pester them enough to make it =D
 
A Dissidia 2 would be great but i think its gonna take Square around 3 teams and around 2 years if there had to be 40 characters because everyone would require diffrent attacks diffrent traits diffrent noises diffrent weapons etc. in Dissidia they had to resort to a Mimic character but if i saw a Dissidia 2 i would love Steiner or Vivi to be in it Steiner because his armour says clank when he walks (which they will HAVE to put in Dissidia 2) and Vivi because he is a.....black mage....so his fighting style would be like Shantottos which they would have to change sooo don't wait up for a Dissidia 2
 
I dont think it will happen, sales of Dissidia weren't as large as Square Enix had predicted.
Even if they did want to, it would be a bit pointless. For a start I dont think that alot people would purchase (Seeing as sequel always FAIL)

I REALLY hope they dont do this, otherwise I may change my opinion on the company.
 
FFVII:Dirge of Cerberus didn't fail o_O I thought it was really good. Same with FFX-2, I thought that was good aswell. FFVII:Crisis Core (technically a sequel, 'cause it came after FFVII) was brilliant.
 
Another Dissidia wouldn't be bad but I want Yuna, Seymour, Beatrix, Aerith, Celes amongst others to be in the next one.

From what I've mentioned it already equals all of the females in the 1st game so I could see it work! :)
 
I think Dissidia should stay as dissidia...just think if the main idea witch brong dissidia to what it is now and what it stands for..was changed it wouldn't be dissidia anymore it would fail..but that is a well thought out idea don't get me wrong it's just not dissidia..but that will make if they make an online version(example FF11 & FF14)witch is a like a mmo..dissidia can be Dissidia III:eek:nline and still have Dissidia II

If there were FF:D2

wat do u want in dissidia 2 if there were to be one. heres wat i wnt!!

team matches up to 3vs3 = more epicness of battle

choosable ex burst like in FFX

equipment would appear on character but only the weapons there suppose to hve.

more exclusive weapons which leads to a celestial weapon or something

chaos, cosmos, lightning, main antagonist in FFX13 and maybe vaan or ashe and vayne all as playable characters. idk bout XI

i want the story to be the rebirth of chaos and cosmos and how cosmos try to stop the resurrection of chaos.

make the graphics at least as good as FFX

make ps3 or xbox 360 for even better graphics

raise the lvl cap to 120.

more moves and abilities.

post ur ideas on what u wnt of FF: D2
 
Yes, Dissidia 2 would be nice!!

First, I would like it to be released on all existing systems. The PSP is great and everything, but what if we just CAN'T get a PSP? :( But that's just me.

Definitely more characters. Team battles will be great, and if that's considered they should include co-op moves (like if Steiner and Vivi, if added, should do their Sword Magic move)

Perhaps a Garland/Chaos plot should be added. You all know what makes Garland a great villain in FFI. Two words: Time loop!

Finally, perhaps bonus characters from other Square games. Like Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. If that's considered I suggest Fayt (Hero) and Luther (Villain)
 
This is what I want in Dissidia 2

-enhanced character roster
-official online
-set on a home console

to tell the truth,you dont experience games on psp much as home consoles,psp game get you bored pretty fast!
