Do you listen to Final Fantasy music outside gaming?

I love Final Fantasy music, but I don't listen to much anymore. For band class, I made medleys of FF music that we play every year.

Freshman Year: Uh, I forget.
Sophomore Year: Hikari and a FF7 Medley
Junior Year: A FF Medley including Zanarkand, Waltz for the Moon, One Winged Angel, Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec, Melodies of Life, and Suteki Da Ne.
Senior Year: A FF9 Medley! Woo! We might also do a Kingdom Hearts (I and II) medley.

So yeah, I love playing the music, and listen to it on occasion when I'm bored. The songs that have impacted me the most are Eyes on Me, Zanarkand, and Suteki Da Ne. :]

I have a few pieces from a few of the different games on my playlist, and on my mp3. I like listening to the piano pieces if I want to calm down, but I like listening to my favourites in general really, just because they really are amazing pieces of music ^_^

Ive downloaded only a few that i like... some including:
-One Winged Angel
-To Zanarakand
-Aerith's Theme
-Cid's Theme

I would love to be able to play Melody Of Life on the piano.. (I can't)

Mod edit: Please answer the question. Do you listen to Final Fantasy music or not?

I might listen to some now and again: not a lot though.
When I do though its normally Crisis Core's version of 'One Winged Angel' ^_^

=)

Yes, I do. In fact, I burned a whole bunch of Final Fantasy and Chrono Cross songs and have the children in my class (two year olds) listen to them during nap time. (Only the soothing tunes though).

I'm tellin' ya', they fall asleep ten minutes later - save for a few others (they probably wanted to listen more to the music).

Lol, now that I think about it, I'm actually implementing the Final Fantasy world into those little mind of theirs already.

Anyway, I also listen to them on my PC and car.

I listen to Final Fantasy music on my PC (mostly through Winamp) at home, and on my CD player on the road and at other places. I wish I had an MP3 player, so I could use it to listen to Final Fantasy music.

Yes I do listen to Final Fantasy music. I have soundtracks VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, Chrono cross, and Chrono Trigger.

Eh, I usually listen to Square music on my computer. I was listening to a few tracks from Advent Children today on my way to work. o_o

Seriously? Would you, perchance, still have such creations? xD

I havent listened to any for awhile as they are all on my PC. I use to have the AC, 7 and 8 OSTs on my iPod.

You should play them OWA or Otherworld:wacky: lol

anywho, yes, i do, and right now it's the only music on my PSP so far, just need to go to my friends place, and steal some of his.

Funny story, in English Lesson (yes, we are allowed to listen to music in class) I was reading quietly, and my friend, she steals my head phone, and asks what is this, I responded: The Black Mages, then she looks at the screen, and spies the Words 'Final Fantasy', she instatly hands me back the head phone, and gives me that look, i turn around, face the front of me, and say "we shall never speak of this again"

But, the instant she saw the words "final fantasy", you can tell. *sigh*, i actually do wish she listened, she would've liked them.

I have the soundtracks of Final Fantasy I thru XII on my computer, including the remastered soundtracks of Final Fantasy I-III. I also have the remastered soundtracks of Final Fantasy I-III and the original soundtracks of Final Fantasy IV-VI on CD-Rs, as well as orchestral arrangements of Final Fantasy music.

Yes

I like to listen to the quick songs when drawing it helps me really want to draw.

Fav song: decisive battle - black mages

Yes, I even recently bought the Voices DVD from Japan.

But before this I listened to all games. Mostly VIII, IX or X

Every now and then... I used to listen to it a lot more often (that was also back when I would play the games more often). Nowadays I feel like I can't listen to the songs without thinking of the game context so it's a little meh (one of the things I like about music is the ability to layer on different connotations).

I still listen to Final Fantasy music very often today. I do not necessarily think about the gaming context when I listen to Final Fantasy music. You could say that I worship Final Fantasy music. My passion for Final Fantasy music inspired me to take music lessons.

I'm listening to it right now. The FF songs I listen to though mostly are Black Mages, OC remix, songs with lyrics (Like otherworld or OWA) and any song chocobo. I have an obsession with the chocobo theme, and have about 7 remixes of it.
