Start out with a generic table for your web-page layout. A large block of a typical screen resolution is both sufficient and advised (the width). All you need to know for basic use is how to implement text boxes, and picture boxes, using the corresponding box for each item.
But... seriously. The 'how-to' tutorials are simple enough. Just read 'em.
Your first order of business will be to uninstall Dreamweaver. Then you'll want to go down to the bottom lefthand corner of your taskbar and open Start>Programs>Accessories>Notepad.
Oh... wait... this isn't the music studio. lol I've tried Dreamweaver once or twice... it is a bitch. Granted I have the technical skillz of a mentally challenged armadillo but the program still whooped my ass.
