Dubbed or subbed?

I like both, I dont mind. However when I think of dubbed, I think of the old Speed Racer *shudder* But I like them both, some are great dubbed, like Cowboy Bebop, Dominion Tank Police and GunGrave for example.

I stick with subbed because my anime is usually downloaded first before I buy it, and then I can't abandon the original voices. Plus, I'm taking a minor in Japanese so it's cool picking out words and figuring them out.

And dubbing is usually just bad. In the case of FLCL though, I actually understood the story better with dubs.

It depends, but I prefer subs most times. Fansubs, to be specific. <3

Dubs are usually not very well done, one reason being that the English VAs aren't professionally paid unlike the Japanese seiyuus, and another is the originality factor.

Fansubs FTW! ;)

I see most of my anime with subs (I guess I prefer it that way)
I also agree that I like FLCL with dubs

I never watch dubbed versions, it just kind of feels wrong. As long as there are subs to rely on, I'd much rather use them. I have a block in my head that tells me to not watch something unless it's in its original language, haha.

It depends, if the dubbing is really good and I think they match the characters well enough kinda like DBZ did, then I'll watch it dubbed, but I've seen some poorly dubbed anime and usually I watch the subbed version.
