Espers

I really only gave espers to my main three, pretty much stating that if I don't use them much, if at all, they shouldn't get something that I'll probably REALLY need in the future...
 
I gave the first three to my main party, then didn't assign any others. I'm waiting till I get the best espers to assign them to my main guys.
 
i did it in no particular order. everybody got 2, and then vaan got 3. i never use them, so it's not that big of a deal for me.
 
I only gave one to my characters before the end of the game because it was a mandatory part of the story, then once I had them all I just spread them out at random between my characters (except Penelo, I don't like her) so I could get the associated Sky Pirates Den figures.
