Everybody hates Vanille

I didnt hate vanerial or vanille or whatever her name was, I mostly got disturbed by her painful orgasmic sounds she made when attacked in battle, i didnt know wether to shiver or get turned on :jon:
 
Alright, Vanille is pretty good once you trained her good. Thats the only thing i like and her death magic.
The thing i hate about her and really bugs me is that she always seems high and talks reaallly slow.
 
I defintly didn't hate vanille at all.. She was one of my favorites of the game.. Snow on the other hand, I hated that goodie-goodie with a passion and loved it everytime lightning popped him.
 
I will admit, when I first saw her photo and some sample scenes involving her before the game came out, I thought she was a pansy (now that I see more of how she is, she's only half a pansy). But I really don't hate her. It seems very common for people, especially girls, to hate on the adorable, screwable, weak damsel in distress (another example: Kairi, Serah.). But I've got nothing against her. Its characters like her that seem to be the most powerful out of the party when you train her a lot.

I don't hate her.I have some ideas for a story where she and Hope get together after the game, a few years in the future of course after Hope becomes an adult.

I wasn't in favor of Square just using Aussie voice actors for this game.I feel they should have used people from various parts of the world.
 
She was my favorite. Hands down.

I enjoyed Vanille, her positive spirit really went well with the story. When everyone was down and worried about dying and what not Vanille was always there to change the subject or just lift spirits. She was my second favorite character.

I love Vanille's Voice. oO I think it's awesome. -Is alone on this- Though I think she could have done better without the orgasmic sounds. xD Which I find hilarious by the way.​

Anyway, Vanille is my favourite character. For battling and storyline.​

Anyone who says that she is worse than Hope in battle needs to look at their stats again. He has higher magic, but she has higher HP. HP >>>>>> Magic in this game. You don't have to agree but you can't deny that Magic is weak, it's their to put up the Chain Gauge not do damage. He may do more when he heals, but a dead healer is a BAD healer.​

Besides she's a much better Sabotuer and Synergist(When you put her up) than Hope. She makes a worse Commando because she doesn't learn Blitz, even though she is stronger... usually. Neither of them should be a Sentinel unless you need Turtle. Erm... Oh, and he only makes a better Ravager because he does more damage, and he learns all the attack spells. But again, magic isn't for damage. And she learns top-tier Fire and Ice spells, which are what most things are weak against.

Anyone who says the voice acting is terrible is lame. So what if the accent is off? Australia doesn't fucken exist in the FF world, bros. I think it's awesome that it switches from Australian to American. And her voice is not even annoying. It sounds cute and sweet at the same time, rather than cute and annoying (like Jigglypuff, for example).
 
I didn't like Vanille at the beginning, to be honest I thought that she was acting dumb too look more cute on purpose, which was a little bit annoying. Then as the game progresses and her true colours and personality shows a little bit more, I started to be more fond of her character. Her personality is extremely realistic and so many people act the way that she does sometimes, we all have our Vanille moments in life our in ourselves. However I'm not a Vanille fan or a hater, just somewhere down the middle.

I just didn't like Square using all aussies.Smacked of laziness on their part as Australia is closer to Japan than Britain or the US.

Right before the game came out the aussie actress who did Vanille revealed who she was and even had a youtube video up about it.Or so I heard in another forum.Apparently Square got ticked off with her for doing that..so I suspect she won't get a chance to do another FF game voiceover.

Apparently she revealed she was a voice actress before the game was released.

Hrm... I'm pretty sure only two characters in the game have an Australian accent. :hmm: Did I miss something?

'Sides I'm pretty sure Square wouldn't get upset, considering that they had clips of every character on their official site. Not to mention leakage... :hmm:

I think her moaning in battle is hilarious myself. xD
