Out of all of the Cid's in Final Fantasy... which one is your favorite? Im gonna go with IX because he was so helpful and he was a pretty funny character. Plus he was an oglop for half of the game, hilarious. :P

I'd say VII. He was one of the most realistic characters that has ever been created. I mean come on, he swears profusely all the time, which is what real people do....so yeah.
I kinda liked the IX Cid too. Oglops are great :P

Yeah, you have IV twice. :lol:
 
Regent Cid from IX as well.

I always thought it was hilarious that his wife turned him into an oglop for womanizing, then turned into a frog later on by Zidane and Co. For me, he's one of the most comical of all the Cid's.

Actually, I liked FFXII's Cid, because he was a villain. His characterization was also very strong.
 
A thread like this already exists. Anyway, I voted for XII's. He was different. Fun too.

How bizarre, no such thread exists other then this o.o
 
I love the villain style of him - better then some of the predecessor Cids, where they rarely jumped out and made me think - wow, what an awesome guy. XII's really made think - SE were brave and successful in giving Cid a whole new persona.

Yeah, he was really more well done than some of the others. FFX had a cool Cid, but my pick is XII.
 
Cid from FFVII of course! His attitude is great. He has the best quotes and insults. I loved it when he insulted Palmer. Dammit, I can't think of good Cid quotes at the moment.

FF VII's. he was the most indepth, and I didn't vote for FF XII's becaue therereally was 2 Cids (Dr. Cid and Al-Cid) and the fact that I hate FFXII.
