Tough one...Melodies of Life was an awesome main theme, but I totally fell in love with Faye Wong's Eyes On Me. The lyrics were amazing and I loved the whole piano thing and how the song was also put in the storyline.

Calling by Kyosuke Himuro (FFVII: AC) is my favorite. If you read the translated lyrics...kinda matches the story of cloud. Awesome song.
