What was your favorite part of this game?

I'm going to be biased as say the part where Rydia returns as an adult and saves the other characters with that Mist summon. Then I get to have her permanently in the party.

I also like having Polom and Porom in the party because they were fun characters. And Polom was funny. I get sad at the one part though even though... well you know...

Cecil becoming a Paladin was also pretty cool. And then afterwards he gains like five levels after each battle. XD

Even though I really did love the whole game, most of my favorite parts are the silly ones xD

I loved hitting Yang with the frying pan, and I loved whenever Edge had the little thought bubble with the heart in it while thinking about Rydia I can't help myself cause it still makes me go, "AWWWWWWWWWWWW" whenever I even think about it xD


Oh! And when you first go to the moon. I still like saying, "CECIL!! TO THE MOOOOOOOOON!"

Yes, I am that mature.

I loved it when Rydia stepped in to save the party but i also liked it when kain turned evil about 20 times lol i never knew if i could trust him My kind of guy

My three favorite moments:

1) Tower of Zot
I think that this segment of the game really enhances the characters and tests their strengths. There's also a lot that can be read into this part of the game.

2) Calcobrenas (Rydia's return)
While most people love this part because yay, they get Rydia back and she's a badass summoner now, I liked it because it was creepy. I love ghosts and stuff like that, so the freaky dolls appealed to me.

3) Cecil becomes a Paladin
I thought that this was perhaps one of the best transformations in the FF series. This is probably due to the fact that it's an older FF, therefore less dialogue and more of me filling in the gaps with my own ideas, but on it's own, the scene was pretty profound. I liked the concept of Cecil fighting his Dark side and the whole matter that "a Paladin knows when to lay down his sword." And the outward transformation highlighted the magic aspect of the game, whereas the newer FFs focus a bit more on realism when it comes to character development (which is perfectly fine, too).

My favorite part has to be Cecil's transformation into a Paladin. It's really the turning point of the whole game. But I have to say, that was a pretty tough choice...FFIV had quite a few great scenes in it (like Rydia stepping in to rescue the party), and the ending was really good, too. FIV had an awesome storyline, and an awesome storyline makes for at least a handful of awesome cutscenes.
