Favorite party to use.

Usually Lightning, Fang, and Hope with different paradigm combinations (E.g Bully, Aggression, Relentless Assault, etc).
 
It really depends on the stage you are in the game... for example imo Fang sucks until she learns the good debuffs vanille has, but post game she is by far and away the best character..

end game I like to use Fang, Vanille and Hope though.... It's a really good team (maybe not the technical absolute best) but they are awesome together and they are my three favorite characters..

I wish lightning was better than she is but no Adren, and crap healing make her kind of meh for me.. I prefer hope since he has curaja, and higher magic stat (for longer buff durations and damage output)
 
I mostly use Light, Fang, Hope for most of the game, until I get to the steppe (SP??). I switch back and forth to this party and Ligh, Sazh, and Vanille. I like the Bully system.
 
Normally use;

Lightning -RAV
Fang - COM.
Hope - RAV.

Although I do like to get in a few turns of Hope being a synergist and buffing up my party casting Haste all around.

I mostly use.

Hope (Leader) - RAV/MED
Lightning - COM
Fang - COM/SAB

I also like:

Vanille (Leader) - SAB/MED
Sazh - SYN
Fang - COM

- I never use Snow, unless I have to. .___.
 
I used Fang/Light/Snow - swapping in Vanille for certain hunts/farming. I customized Light and Snow for Ruin spam while COMs and spell spam while RAVs. It worked pretty well.
 
Wow. I feel so common now: Lightning / Hope / Fang. It's just the most logical team. :)

Plus, Lightning and Hope are two of my favourites. <3
 
I always have Lightning and Fang in my party, the rest depends on how annoyed I get with the third character, which is a switch up between Vanille & Hope. It's tough because I like Vanille better as a MED and I like her SAB role, but I also love Hope's SYN role. So it's get rough.

However when it comes to Fang and Lightning, unless something comes up and I need to change the setup, Fang is the COM and Lightning is my Lead with the RAV role. <3
