The Aeris theme would be my favourite. I'm not sure I could name an entire top five because I don't know the names of all the tracks.

The mains themes for Shina and Yuffie are good, as is the Highwind track.

I would list this in a more 'Top 5' way, although perhaps they aren't really in a specific order. I greatly loved the music in Final Fantasy VII, so this is a hard choise. My top favourites would be;
