How different are FF I, II, V, and VI on these two releases for the PS1. I just picked them up for a price too good to pass up. I haven't even opened them yet, but I was wondering how different the re-releases are and what the biggest changes are (good or bad). I have only played FF V, I think, on GBA and FF III on my Android (which isn't actually III right?) for the old FF games.

Those versions have CGI movies and unlockable galleries, which both GBA and SNES don't have.

VI was originally released as III on the US version of SNES due to the skipping of 3 titles (The original II as IV was released as II in the US. The original III, and V).

Yea I am pretty sure the III that is on my Android is VI. I still haven't had a chance to play. It is the same one that was released as III on iPhone too. I can't wait to crack into Anthology and Origins, but I just started the first Wild Arms so I am going to finish that up first.

I and II also have remade graphics.

I'm pretty sure the III on your android is the actual III. Every release of a Final Fantasy game after 7 used the correct number. On top of that I believe VI was never released on android or iphone while III was.

I think you are right. Just didn't realize they remade a lot, especially graphics. It is the game where you can change jobs (with the Onion Knight, not the Mime job). The original character names are Luneth, Arc, Refia, and I can't recall the last playable character you get. I'll know when I finally get to the games.
