Not quite the steam sale most people were hoping for however;

Thoughts? Is it enough to make me buy it a 4th time..? Probably, when I get a job..

How long until the others make their way to this platform? Can we expect the likes of 8, 9 or the upcoming X/X-2 HD re-releases to ever make their way to steam? I imagine FF7 is the test to see if it's viable financially.
 
I purchased it when it was released on the SE Website a while ago and they've added more achievements.. Although still not as many as i'd hoped. I don't think much else is different though.
 
I just acquired this even though i already own it for the ps1. The whole "acheivement" aspect of it really made me want to get it. I feel like i have something to work for when playing it again. And not to mention its a lot easier to play on my computer :) i can go anywhere and play it now!
 
I think ill just keep playing my black label version i have for my ps1, failing that the pc version i already have, i dont really feel like the square enix store version was worth buying the game a 3rd time... "new features" achievments that arent even difficult to get .. lol :)
 
I owned it for PS1, I own it for PSP. I own it on steam. Now I don't have the PS1 version anymore, and my PSP is still working. The only thing that can take FF7 away from me is a failing HDD or bricked PSP. And I'll make sure none of those happen, and in the case of PSP, I get just get another PSP.
