There isn't going to be a FFX-3.
Originally there was going to be a FFX-2 and FFX-3, one being Yuna's story and the other Rikku's. But SE scrapped that and made only FFX-2.

But there isn't a FFX-3 in Japan either. It doesn't exist.
What trailer are you on about? They never made FFX-3.
EDIT: Either that or you're on about FFX-2 International + Last Mission.

I dont think there will be one,if what elena said is true.I heard that after finishing up versus 13,square enix will work on a final fantasy 7 remake for ps3,but for after that(which will be a long time) who knows what square enix will plan next.
Nomura hasn't said anything about a FFVII remake yet, in fact some people in SE are saying yes to a remake and some are saying no, so overall it isn't clear at all whether or not there is to be a FFVII in the near future. I think it will be inevitable.
As for the FFX-3 thing, SE is never going to make one in terms of likeliness. The story is more or less wrapped up now after FFX-2 (it's uber wrapped up at the end of FFX-2 International) and if there is to be one, it would be odd why it would suddenly come now years after FFX-2 is released.
If SE wants to milk a FF game, they would do so (more) with FFVII's Compilation. It makes sense if they do that than milk FFX because the FFVII name will generate more interest and money. I'd prefer if they move forward with new, original FFs.
There'd be no point in making an FFX-3, FFX-2 was never really liked all that much and a lot of people got annoyed at the fact it was unnecessary and ruined FFX's reputation in the process. Plus it's been a good 7/8 years since FFX/X-2 were made so it wouldn't make much sense creating an X-3 now. There's not really a chance, if any, that it's going to happen.

All I see on Youtube are fanmade trailers with some footage coming from FFX-2 International and Last Mission, which is a Japan-only release featuring a new scene set a few months after the events of FFX-2.
There is no FFX-3.
We already have a thread on this in FFX-2 section. It has been confirmed that it is NOT FFX-3 and I highly doubt you're going to see one. The story has been closed up nicely and there's no need for another one. And I'll be closing this thread as it is yet another pointless thread. crazylloyd, PLEASE make sure you check the forums first before making a thread as it's most likely already been made. Thank you.
