I dont think I look like anyone from FFVII although I think I have some elements of Cloud's personallity and a little of Sephiroth and Vincent.

well, as far as looks go, i look a little like Tifa (when i had long hair ), personality wise, i have a little bit of everyone...even Sephiroth lol!

Well I can't get my hair to spike so no for Cloud(Thank god) but maybe Cid. Except I'm not as rude. My behavior would probably be a mix of Reno, Sephiroth, and Vincent.

When I was younger, I looked very much like Tifa, right down to the martial arts abilities (but better fashion sense), but my personality has always been a little closer to Aerith's, and Yuffie's when I was at my worst moments. Then FF9 came out and I swore I found my video game match. My hair was the same length (before she hacked it off), straight, and I always wore that blasted choker. XD Even the personality was a bit more matched.

I suppose that's why it was such an easy choice to cosplay.

now that I think about it, my hair used to look a lot like Aerith's. plus I am the same height as her, and are eye color is similar. she has green eyes and i have hazel. now i just look like yuna from ff8 (i think it's ff8).

[edit] i also look a little bit like tifa, but my hair is shorter and my eyes aren't brown.

I don't usually remind of any FF7 character, but now with my short spikey hair, I resemble Cloud on my hairstyle, even I don't have that long hair and blonde hair. One thing is clear though, I own Squall's personality, I can be cold at times, but I can also be very loving at times.

I look like Zach since my hair is black and in the CG movie if i grow my hair out i can look like him. Ive been told though if I grow my hair out and let it shag out I can look like Caime (drakenguard) and if I die it white Dante (devil may Cry).

Personality wise im sort of a mixture of Cloud and Tidus. You could say that I have a bit of Zindane in there too, so its a wierd mix you could say.

Anyways,most of us have personalities of some FF characters...Its kinda hard to look like them[Unless you cosplay.] cos' their wearing wierd clothes. XD
