What do you guys recon is the most anoying part on ffvii, I think that the most annoying place is Clouds coma. :D

I'd probably say the train battles with Cid, I also chose Vincent and Yuffie. But because most of the game I spent time levelling up Cloud, Tifa and Vincent. It was kind of an uneven battle.

Another annoying part was fighting the weapons. So glad their optional, even though I always choose to fight them. 1. Because they were hard. 2. They kept flying all over the place. I don't think you got any EXP either.

I hated the Cid battles too! And some of the bosses, I could die like 100 times before I beat certain ones... Like that big machine one, it's one of the first ones you fight, as you're escaping the building before it blows up in the beginning of the game.

the first time I played it I stopped playing once Cloud went into a coma because the only character I powered up was Cloud xD

took me awhile to push past it, so it was definitely annoying for me

I could deal with it all apart from the Great Glacier. That place REALLY hacked me off. And passing out from the cold annoyed me NO END :gasp:

I despised looking for that stupid materia that was knocking around there but more than ANYTHING I hate the windy pasrt where you have to put those stupid lolly pop sticks in the snow so you can work out which direction you are bloody going. It was just a pain in the arse. Oh and god help me if I get to that stupid woman and I forget to touch that hot spring thing.

God almighty, help me ! :neomon: The most annoying part of VII, for me? Raising chocobos. I swear, I had the worst time with that. I hated raising them, racing them, everything. I especially hated that guy on the black chocobo. Right now, I can't remember the name. But yeah, I'd be so confident and figured I'd destroy everyone and then I'd get my ass handed to me.

Another part I hated was, of course, the great glacier. That gave me alot of trouble, too! I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one who had trouble with that. That part was extremely annoying.

I haven't got the golden chocobo yet on my current game although i am working towards it and as for most annoying part of the game i would have to say when cloud does his coma bit (luckily Vincent and Red were my other two characters and i could use them) and also when you first play through before you figure out Physically beating the Demon wall to death is better than using magic he killed me so many times before i managed to figure it out

Ahh yes. Did anyone get the gold chocobo and then get knights of the round? because i did!

I loved breeding Chocobos

Anyway, i hate Clouds past at Kalm, that goes on to long, as does Clouds coma.

I also hate the battle arena and getting enough points for the omnislash, and that materia, it's just so tedious -__-

For me definetely the Cid battles and of course the weapons but 3 of them are optional so they weren't really a major problem. In second place probably Cloud's Coma and in third i would say the part when you have to go through the midgar again

That's hard to say; FFVII wasn't a particularly difficult game.

Although on the first run, I found Carry Armor difficult to beat, and I was probably underlevelled by the time I got to the Northern Crater at the very end, so it seemed harder, but playing it the second time, it's not so bad. I also found fighting Aps difficult because you don't get to use materia, and I might have gotten there too early.

The Great Glacier part is a bit annoying, and quite boring. I think the section where Cloud is trying to find himself is annoying nowadays. It's one of the few scenes in FFVII that lose it's effectiveness after you've played it through a few times.

I have always hated the submarine battle part. When I first played the game I had absolutely no idea what I was supposed to do but I some how won. I still have no idea what I am doing when I get to that part.

I used to love that part but now i will agree with you on that one it's starting to get annoying

You're supposed to shoot the red sub if you see it. Don't fly into those jumping bars, and if you see a target on your screen, fire a torpedo. And don't try to bump into the ledges either. It's not quite the same as the real submarine on the world map.

That whole mountain angers me -__- Even with a walkthrough I still get lost.

On my second file I actually did just because I was trying to complete everything (didn't manage to beat Ruby or Emerald, didn't get Climhazzard either) and I will NEVER EVER do it again. The game is so easy anyway, KotR is completely unnecessary. It took me about 4 hours in all, I think, to race the chocobos up to the necessary levels and actually BREED the damn thing. That was worst part, even though I had the proper rank chocobos and proper nuts or grass or whatever it was, it was STILL random and took me over an hour of resetting the game before they finally bred a gold.

Oh I totally agree. I hated going through the damn glacier even with a map. Had to go run to the hot spring, dip your hand in, and find that icy bitch to get the Alexandria materia. For some reason even with a map, at time, it didn't bring me to the correct area. I hated finding that damn cave! Even with sticking poles into the ground you still get lost.

The only other part I didn't like about VII was going through the north crater with only one save point.
