steal in final fantasy 8 i know there is a mug option but how do you get that option imalready on disc 2 dunno if i missed summat.

Do you have Diablos yet? from that lamp thing that Cid gives you?

Anyway, it's an ability he learns - costs 200AP to learn it. I'm pretty sure it's an initial ability he has so you shouldn't have to learn anything else in order for that to pop up

I think bahamut or doomtrain has the mug ability aswel, but I could be making that up >_>

Diablo and Bahamut are the only 2 and both has to learn it for 200.

According to DrSlice there is no item that teaches it. So I hope you haven't removed the ability yet.
