So I thought it would be fun to see what people's names are, in the language of the Al-Bhed. Please Refer To This Thread for Al-Bhed translation.

I'll start. My name is RAUL. HEOC is what mine translated to.

Also, do your Username as well.

Ryoku = Haygo

Lol, Heoc and Haygo, I like xD.

POST YOURS! Even if they sound very strange.

(Actually, now that I think about it, this should belong in Final Fantasy Fun...Someone move it.)

My username Lirael translates into Cuhiem, which sounds less pretty but isn't a total disaster. ;)

My real name Judy translates into Vota, which is blegh. :blink:

I can't believe I haven't done this before; I've always found Al Bhed rather interesting. :) Looking forward to what everyone else's is. :updown:

My name, Jacqui, turns into Zylxie

That's a disaster. I can't keep that as a name, I can't even pronounce it!

Fleur --> Wcioh (Wi-ki-oh?)

Silpheed --> Mucbniit (Muc-bin-eet?)

Olivia --> Ycufue (yuc-u-foo?)

Livi - Cufu

Liv Liv - Cuf Cuf

Dame Olivia Beatrice Ravness Peregrine III - Teli Ycufue Piedhusi Hefrihh Bihikhiri UUU

Yeah, I don't like Al-Bhed. Those weird spiral-eyed, foreign weirdos. :mokken: /racism

Lol Livi. Yuc-u-Foo!

I think it's more like

Fleur - Wcioh (Wah-Cee-Oh)

Olivia - Ycufue (Eeh-Coo-Fooh)

Cuf Cuf :rofl:

My name is Andrea, so mine is: ERTHIE (Earth-ee) (Air-thie)
My username being AerithG, so it's: EIHUDN K. (ii-ud)(Kuh) (eh-ud) (Kuh).

None of mine really make any sense :wacky:

Melody: Licyta

Mel: Lic :-)wacky:)

Rapture: Hebdohi

Shace
Mnesi
Pronounced KU-raae-luah

According to Richards site :hmmm:

Durga is "Tohke". This is kind of cool... as a Norwegian-speaker, it sounds like "tåke", which is the Norwegian word for "fog". :D (there's also a great blackmetal band called Taake, pronounced the same way...)

My real name has a letter that doesn't translate into Al Bhed (ø), so to fix that I needed to put in "oe" instead. It's Marryifi, or Marryfi if written incorrectly with just an O. :D cute!

Stevie = Cdajea :hmmm:

Stevie Wonder = Cdajea Fuhtan

Steven O'Shea (my name) = Cdajah U'Cray well the last name turnt out kool :P

Stevie is just plain fail simple as

Dan= Ter.

I'm not keen on that. It's too close to derr.

Argor = Ehkyh.

This sounds like a confused and worried chocobo.

Danius Humacles = Teruom Nolescim.

This makes me sound like a character from that game that will never be released.

Afterglow - Ewdehkcyz
Wtf, that just sounds weird xD

Kenneth - Girrdon
Kenny - Girra(Gir - Rah)
Ken - Gir
Haaay, looky! I'm gir. :ken:

Kenneth Richardson(my full name) - Girrdon Husnehdnyr
^lol

EDIT:

for the hell of it, I'll do kendra

Kendra - Girthe

:O cool

"Ewdehkcyz" sounds like an American's parody of the Polish language/Polish names... hahahaha :D

Girrdon sounds ok I think. :hmmm:

-

I forgot to translate for Gingerbread Man.

Gingerbread Man = Kurkihphiet Ler.

Sounds like a vegetable.
