FFXII Good Equipment?

You can get the Bubble Belt from your clan provisioner in Muthru Bazaar after you've earned a certain ranking in the clan. As for the spell, didn't purchase that first time round, so I can't help you out there.

If you want weapons that you just go to a store and buy your best bet is pretty much go to the most recent city you discovered and buy weapons there, so if Archades is the farthest you've gotten thats the best weapons you'll find. Once you hit Balfonheim Port whatever you find there after you went to the pharos is what you'll get.
