Nation: Hunters (Originally from November City, PLANT)
Occupation: Pilot (Mercenary)
Race: Coordinator
SEED Ability: Yes
Appearance:
History:
Born in the Orbiting Colonies of PLANT, Mary was groomed to become a ZAFT military soldier. Her record during the war for the ZAFT led to her rising to the rank of Master Chief.
However this was not meant to last. During the Battle of Mexico City, Mary's battlegroup was ambushed by a pair of mercenaries working for Hunter. They killed Mary's comrades and destroyed her suit after a lengthy fight, despite using inferior suits. Impressed with her skill, they offered the woman invitation to the group. Mary, having no choice, accepted.
(This part here is as of what happened to her during the RP)
During her time with the Hunters she met with Stephen Hownam and Riina Orotori, two top notch Coordinator pilots and potentially their closest rivals. They took part in multiple operations together, even helping Stephen to an extent get over his revenge.
However, during a routine mission, which pitted friends against each other, Mary's stubborness and arrogance led to Aegis being destroyed and Mary being presumed dead by the Hunters organization.
Little did anyone know, Mary was knocked unconsious and recovered with no memory of her life before the battle.
She now fights for the Earth Alliance using General Resource's prototype Gundam, Airmaster Burst.

Well, what can i post? My character is midst of depression and sleeping it off (something she does a lot for some reason). I might get her to go to Le Cygne and maybe have a small reconciliation conversation event with stephen.
Name: Kira Matsuhiro 'Secund'
Age: Sixteen
Nation: Unaligned
Occupation: Rogue pilot
Race: Human
Seed ability: Mental abilities manifested in his ability to control Psi Gundam
Appearance:
Short Bio: For longer than Kira had been alive, local lore in what had been Japan told of a buried mobile suit, lost to the ages. It was said to have been one of the most powerful of it's time, though it was buried for lack of a pilot with the ability to pilot it. The suit predated coordinators and their 'superior' abilities, and was meant to interface directly to the user's brain through the temporal lobes, making it little more than an extension of the body. This was what Kira grew up hearing. And with the war getting worse every day, he decided to search for the vehicle he had come to call Psi Gundam. During a ZAFT raid on his hometown, a landslide uncovered a small piece of the vehicle. Kira got in and put on the combat helmet, not even thinking twice about using this ancient and legendary power. With his new units massively faster reflexes, he quickly dispatched the entire ZAFT force. Shortly thereafter, the ESA contacted him to join them, but Kira refused that also. Taking the callsign 'Secund' to remind both sides of his namesakes battle prowess, Kira continues to search for lost technologies, always in an attempt to end the war. He hopes that the war can be ended with both sides satisfied and advocates ESA letting ZAFT have the colonies and ZAFT letting ESA have the earth.
Name: Psi Gundam
Appearance:
Armaments: Omni system- a combat system that directly allows the user to use his mobile suit as though it were his body, giving him full response control. This makes the unit react far more quickly than other equivalent models, and on par with even the most advanced models.
2X Beamsaber- Carried on the units hip mounts, these are two sabers.
Shield striker- This is basically a thick shield of titanium carbonate, making it very resistant to physical attacks. The edges of this shield are blades of high grade titanium, guaranteed never to dull. Kira uses it for a back shield unless he needs it. The use of titanium carbonate makes it lighter than a steel shield.
"Paladin" shoulder guns- These are a series of low damage beam cannons, taken from the Nazca captured in Kira's first real mission. Ten in total, they are approx. five inches across and four feet long, but the five on each side equal out to a beam rifle, making the full power about two beam rifle when concentrated. They can also be used for suppresive fire, since combined they put over a hundred beams in the air a minute.
Mobile Armor "Opiate"
"Backbreaker" Quad-rail gun- A gun that never made it past the prototype phase due to it's staggering cost, this gun is one of the most powerful weapons ever conceived. It focuses four separate rail gun assemblies, which fit around the arm with the trigger device in the middle, into one firing nozzle, causing a super-heavy damage but very slow blast that pretty well decimates anything it hits. This is thought to be a rare shot able to destroy the shield striker. The "Backbreaker" title comes from legend of this weapon disabling a capital ship in testing. This has never been tried, but may be possible with a well placed shot.
Twin Single rail guns, 66mm class
Due to the omni system, this unit reacts like your body would, without the delay caused by having to use your muscles to manipulate controls. This cuts it's reacton time down to that of it's user. Top cruising speed is comparable to the GAT X-103 Buster Gundam.
I think beam sabers slice and dice through anything but the concentrated anti-beam paint on shields. Therefore, the saber description is somewhat incorrect (to your advantage in any case)
Second thing is the shield. I seriously doubt anyone could forge anything near the temp of the sun. Taking into consideration that the lasers arent that hot, that makes your shield invulnerable. If it is a material shield, then it would have the anti-beam paint on it, but that will wear out over time, which it then needs to be reapplied.
I'm a realism and gundam fan, so im very nitpicky about stuff like this, but thats just me. If Stephen (AKA SF) lets it through, then meh.
Ok, the material I used for the shield is a real, if rare material formed by a chemical reaction, not forging. It's rare because the creation process involves Monoxygen Tritiate, or very heavy water. Hydrogen has three forms. Hydrogen, which makes up something like 95 percent of all hydrogen atoms and is the assumption when you say Hydrogen, Deuterium, which has two neutrons, is far more reactive than hydrogen, and makes about 4.999999998 percent of all hydrogen atoms, and tritium, which has three neutrons, is so unstable most people who have seen it have only done so from behind a brick wall, makes up the rest of the hydrogen in the universe, and finally is so rare that if you were to acquire one ounce of it, you could sell it to ANY government for well, anything they could give you. The vatican once had an offer out to declare the first person to purify enough tritium to fill a one ounce jar a saint, and several small countries have offered to make said person their permanent ruler. Hitler even once set out a mission, codenamed Project "Death Water"(Tritium is the only form of hydrogen that at room temperature is not a gas) to recoved even tiny amounts of the chemical. With supercolliders scientists have been able to make a veery short-lived isotope of tritium, but it still remains the second rarest of all elemental chemicals, after I believe Astatine. Hope that explains the shield.
If the shield is still not acceptable, I can downgrade it to painted Titanium Carbonate, but the melting point is the same as that of tungsten, so obviously they have a way to forge it anyway. The typical way to cut tungsten is with a laser, so I don't see why it would be impossible in this game.
Just so you know, im just being nosy, thats all. Im not trolling for an argument, but pointing out flaws and any points that may cause dispute in the rp (Had a really bad one before which really fucked things over). So i guess it could fall under constructive criticism.
Hm... still doesnt explain the forging temperature. Lets not forget, laser in this age does not equal laser in game age. Laser in this age is piss weak in comparison. i take back what i said about the heat of laser in today's era, as its temp can reach around over 3-4 thousand degrees. After checking a bit of facts, the melting point of Tungsten (which you said was similar to your shield metal) is 3600 approx. The part about similar to sun temp is wrong as the temp of sun at the surface is 5555 celcius approx. Tungsten BOILING point is close to that, not melting point. That proves my point. What is stopping the laser used in warfare in the Gundam era from easily shredding through your shield as the laser would be vamped up incredibly. Lasers burn through materials, so if the Gundam laser is much hotter than nowaday ones, then it'll easily go through your shield.
Linking in with the top point, even if you say that the Gundam is from some past era, that also causes problem. Now, we have to remember that we are going by the Cosmic Era timeline. Nowhere in this universe, was there a Turn A-type earthwide wipeout and regression of technology. The Z.A.F.T were the first to have humanoid robots for combat. Henceforth, the very history of the gundam contradicts the timeline.
Lastly, although it doesnt seem like it, Gundam is actually a rather realistic anime, mixing crap loads of actual real life physics with some fantasy. The fact that your shield has been stated that it is REALLY heavy, then there has to be equal consequences. Either it is slowed down incredibly or that your Gundam has to support enough vernirs to fly. With vernirs, it then becomes much larger and a bigger target with addition of your Gundam not able to perform extremely agile maneavuers. Lets not also forget that you are packing a gun that can disable a capital ship. In addition, since the shield is on your back, and if we take into account of the heavy gun and shield weighing and slwoing your suit down, Dodging will be hard and blocking awkward as the shield is hooked onto your back.
If i were you, i think it might be much better to go with a lighter shield with the anti beam paint or the energy shield. TBH, its only the shield i have issues with since we are playing in a gundam world. No matter how high the grade the titanium is, the beam saber will still go through it. That is why all the shields in the SEED era has the logic defying anti-beam coat.
Well, I apologize. Many years of study, your bound to make a mistake or two. Nothing illogical about the way I was gonna play the shield, though. It was to slow me slightly less than half maximum speed. S'ok though, I will just use Titanium carbonate. Actually, I won't even have beam paint since I am unaffiliated. On the other RP, I meant to start it already, but I think I made a mistake on where I posted it. One more thing, the game is set over one-hundred years after SEED, right? Far more than enough war-time than required to muddle the history of an artifact. It's history has slipped into legend, remember. That takes weeks, not years during wartime. (The gun's capabilities are even a bit inflated. It is pretty capable of decimating most anything, especially since it is not a beam weapon,(Rail guns accelerate particles to massive speeds and fire them. This technology has been shown to do heavy damage in both the real world and in several Gundam era.) but it would actually have to hit an engine to really stop a capital ship. These are things I have thought about today as well. I wanted to write a story background first, and go from there, since I never really know where my stuff will end up. The gun may wind up a mobile armor like Hyaku-Shiki's(Where I got the guns size) high energy rifle(American translation.))
Well, my first point actually doesnt really matter too much, its jst me being pedantic. So use whatever you want. However, the speed is still a problem. We have absolutely no idea as to what your max speed is. Gotta give us some form of comparison to actually know how fast is your half speed.
The legend part, i personally prefer perfection and historically contextual characters, but as i said, thats just me. Stephen will decide in the end, but most likely he'll approve cuz he is less nitpicky about this than me >.<"
BTW, hyaku shiki isnt a mobile armour. Its a suit with a huge laser cannon/gun/rifle. A mobile armour is the apsalus or the Big Zam.
