Final Fantasy Gackt

Long before Dirge of Cerberus a friend and I discussed the fact that Gackt was a driving force in the final fantasy universe. well the other night for some reason the topic came up again with my boyfriend and i started showing him comparison shots. I will now do the same thing here. let me know what you think.

Yup, he has costumed as many of the characters, and Genesis was modeled after him.

Also in one of his videos he puts on sunglasses on a motorcycle the same way Cloud did and I think was wearing drapey leather.

Though this does explain why every Square Enix male lead since Cloud has been so feminine it's been difficult to tell whether they ARE actually male...and why Vaan was even created. If the Japanese don't see Gackt at least once a day, they die. Fantastic.

well, i wouldn't go that far. i think Yura sama (psycho le cemu, Dacco) is good competition for Gackt.

Fixed.

Look at any character art pre-FF7 and tell me that it's uncreative. Yoshitaka Amano is a fantastic, highly-expressive artist and so is Akihiko Yoshida.
