Ok, were to the fight scenes a little to matrix-like. I would have prefered the fights to have some gravity in them. Like the fight in aeris church, tifa and that other guy were ALL OVER THE PLACE.

i wouldnt say Tifas fight was all over the place in a bad way...shes a martial artist - have you seen those guys fight? they do tend to fly around everywhere XD and the Cloud VS Sephiroth fight was basically Star wars - not matrix XD

:P If you watch the extra's on the DVD. It tells you why they fight seens are so "Star Warsy" or "Matrixy". I personally love the fight seens. There's only three words that can describe them and thats "BLOODY GREAT MATE!"^_^
lol

lol you said it :D

damn i love the fight scenes....... Tifa and Loz fight was awesome :D the Bahamut battle was also great, and the Highway chase was another great fight with martix effects, but yeah the Sephiroth and Cloud fight was more of a Star Wars like fight.........

I LOVE ADVENT CHILDREN!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

hell yeah... now that's what i call a reunion :D

but what i dont get is, why Tifa was going into a feedle position when the monsters were going to attack and then came Barret........

the fight scenes were the best thing about the movie i think. They would be boring as hell without all the superman jumps and stuff

yeah we all agree on that statement lol if only it were made longer :D and i love the use of comedy in the battle when Reno and Rude were fighting and also Cait Sith who never shut his mouth lol........ but the feel to it was awesome :D i love it.........

I don't know but I like vincent. Fight scenes is a bit starwars or something

I gotta admit that those little dodging stunts that Rufus and Vincent pulled, reminded me of the matrix so much. XD

The Matrix revolutionized action scenes in movies forever. If the fights in AC were reminiscent of "The Matrix" it's no big shock or big deal. It's to be expected. Think about it this way, let's say for example, the first ever colour movie was "The Three Stooges". If so, then this movie would have created something, an idea that would improve the experience of all movies. Does anybody look at any of the colour movies after "The Stooges" and say, "Duuuh, nah man, that movie reminds me of 'The Three Stooges'... Duuuuh, I like ice cream". No, because it's stupid. Same thing here.

Warm regards,
