OMG. ^^ Loving the LP. Lighting in a good place. The texture's very nice. The brushes used and the border makes it look appealing. <3

Colour scheme is lush. Like the hexagonal and floral patterns in the BG. One suggestion: text needs blurring a bit; seems oversharpened. >_>;;

Keep it up Gabriel :3 :elmo:

I really like the blurred look of Zelda. It's a nice texture and stands out nicely.

The background is really appealing and I like the cute little stars and such down the bottom. They work in nicely.

Great colour scheme and the text is really pretty too. <3

Lovely piece.

This one is really pretty.

The colours are nice and soft and the lighting is well directed.

The cloudy background looks nice and the blending is done very well.

I love how the background seems to cuddle her. <3

Lovely text though I think it's just a tad too sharp.

Other than that, great work!

Thanks, guys. ♥

I should do this more often.

I made four versions out of this one ^_^;;

Anything?

Yes. Can you post any tutorials or techniques that you use? Because you rock at blending and really bringing out your focal :sad3:

KujaSigColorful.png

The colors here are just superb. The background is great and the color really brings the focal into focus. Kuja is placed so well and the effects near him look great. The text is so fitting and positioned really well. And the border really brings everything together. Great work (y)

This piece is gorgeous! I love the colours and the lighting, they're so bold and ambitious, but work really well. I thought the font used for "Ultimecia" was really pretty, but could have stood out a little more. I can barely read the sub-text "Mystical Powers" (I think) but it works nicely ^^

Love this piece. The blending and lighting are excellent. I love the colours too, and the whole piece flows really well! I love how the text is more adventurous and unique compared with most signatures, it works excellently!

I love the simplicity in this piece, it's really effective. The placement of the stock works wonderfully, and the text is well placed too. ^^

Excellent update! I always enjoy your works ^^

Thanks, guys! ♥

For the blending, I spam the hell out of the smudging tool. It's what I use the most when I do make signatures and other works. As for the settings on it, they range between lighten and normal, different strengths and either 30, 0, 100, 300 or 750% scattering. It all depend son what you want to do.
As for the focal point, I try to place goo point and lighting on the lightest part of the render. Ya know, the thingy that shines the most? I used lens flares in the Kuja piece, so mess around with that an see what you get :3

I got a little update, made them in a row and I think they came out alright.

I didn't think either of them needed text. They seemed pretty complete to me.
Any thoughts?

This one looks fantastic!

I lvoe the use of lighting and the red in this!

It stands out brialliantly!

Fantastic font choice too!

Loving the floral detail in the background as well. You've done an excellent job on this!

This one is gorgeous!

I love the lighting. It's so nice and bright!

The colour choice is really attractive and the cute pattern behind the text looks awesome!

The background is nicely detailed too. I love the texture and the blending of Kuja is done awesomely!

I really love you did the 'K' in the text too!

So pretty!

I love the soft pinks you've used and the smudgeness around Lightning looks great!

The pattern in the background looks fantastic and I love the scratchy texture around her body.

Lovely soft lighting and the half border looks great!

Keep up the awesome work!

Wow you are talented! I really like the Zelda LP. The colors match well, and the render seems to blend nicely. One of the main things I don't like is the the font and the border because they come off as vague. It would have been better if you tried matching the font colors with the background. Another thing you need to work on is font. Your font seems to be over sharpened in some of your works like someone mentioned earlier, but it's nothing major.

This signature is beautiful. The colors match well with the render, and it makes the render vibrant. The subtle colors of the background are nice. It's a great piece. Nice job!

While I do like the concept of this one, the red lighting is too strong, it sort of hurts my eyes tbh. The brightness of the red really took my eye off the focal point, so honestly I would say tone down on the red lighting, and make the render/stock pop out a bit more. Having said that however, the sig is good, and I like the flower texture in the bg; well-done on that.

KujaSigColorful.png

Now this one. I happen to like it a lot better then the one above; mainly because it appeals to me more. The lighting is well-balanced, and it doesn't make my eyes trail away from Kuja. While that remains to be true, i do think however, that the brightness is slightly too strong. But it is apparent that this sig is a nice one, despite the white border kinda going a bit much xD.

This one doesn't really have much going for it--and that's good. I think when there's a time to go for simplicity, one should make it good enough to where it's not too simple; and here that is what you did. You've managed to balance out your own style with the simpicity approach you were going; great job on this :-).

LightningSig.png

there is so much i can say about this--good things. The vectors in the bg are pure genius, and I quite like it, actually. Now, I'm not one who usually goes for the vector brushes, but I actually like them in this sig. And the usage of dissolve is good, it proved to get more of an effect for the concept. I do think that some lighting on Lightning's shoulder-guard would of proved sufficient for this sig--but that's a personal preference.

HopeSig1.png

I'm not going to say much about this one, only that the orange lighting is too strong, and the stock was basically washed out. Tone the lighting down, and focus on a balance with it. It's not your best love =(.
ZidaneSig2.png

This one I like. the earth-like vibe I am getting from it is a nice vibe. And I honestly like the stars you got; keep em'. I also love the dim lighting you got there. It gives it a great balance. You did good with this one :3

Overall, I've noticed something distinctive about your style; you tend to put the brightness a bit high. I would suggest to try and find a balance to that. It is good that your trying to add brightness, but too much brightness will basically make the whole concept of the tag be invalid. So what I'm trying to say, is that to find a good balance of brightness and darkness. then utilize that with your own unique style :3.

Ohai PhotoShop, I forgot I liked to make things with you.
So I gave it a try again today. Here is my result:

Loveless_LP.png

Wow, Gaby; you're starting to drift away more and more from signatures and going to really big pieces.
I really like them, and I like having a big area to work, apparently.
Anyways yeah, I still live...sorta, guys >////>

Just made another one, this one seemed to have taken a lot from Nav's style.

I hope she doesn't mind xD ♥

Oh very nice!

Did you blend all those images of Zelda together like that? It's really well done.

I love the texture of the background as well. It has depth and flows nicely around the focal.

The shield in the middle stands out a bit and I think could be blended in a bit more so doesn't look like it was just slapped on as much.

Other than that you've done an excellent job. =)

I think it was intentional. since the shield is basically the mascot of Zelda. along with the sword. so he hilighted it.

I think it's really awesome. The parchment like picture of it is really good. Sice Zelda is Medeval like.

I do agree that the shield should be blended in more though. it seems weird with it so sharp

Oh yeah, I intended for the shield to stand out more than the rest.
I had a little trouble working with it because the shield was too small for the space I wanted it to occupy, so I ha to make it bigger without ruining it too much. >.<
Thanks for the comments, though. ♥
