A couple days ago I lost all my brushes in Photoshop because of a little mishap with my cousin. I had no idea that my Photoshop reset everything after a couple weeks, and I had forgotten to save all my brushes. So when this happened, I was naturally shocked but then not altogether devastated as I remembered I had saved all the brushes that I had downloaded, but that was all shattered because my cousin had done a clean-up of my desktop the day before, and so all was lost since he deleted every last bit of Photoshop material I had downloaded. -_-

So, question is, have you ever experience a loss like mine, not necessarily all that important, maybe it's even trivial, but it gets you frustrated because you can do nothing to right it back?

I can't right that little mishap back because I can no longer download those sweet floral brushes I once had. -_-

Uhm...believe it or not, losing little meaningless things is quite the drag. Losing your favorite undies, your pencil sharpener, your sunglasses, your keys...it's the little things that pick at your nerves the most. Even things that you don't use on a daily basis...if you need it on one particular day and can't find it...fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudgck, it's enraging.

One time in the 6th grade I lost my Gameboy color.
I was devastated for I couldn't trade and battle Pokemon with my friends anymore.

Then a few week later I found it under my laundry hamper and immediately started to train my Pokemon.

I've never had a loss like yours before, Sorry to hear that.

Ninja Turtle action figures.

I had ALL of them imaginable when I was in kindergarten/1st grade. Had the Pizza Shooter, the life-size dress up for Halloween Leonardo outfit, etc. Damnit. I swear, if those were sold in a yard sale years ago, I'm gonna flip when I find out who dun it...

I lost all my save data from my PS1 memory card which included FF7 70+ hours, Xenogears - right near the end and other stuff such as hidden characters on fighting games and excellent records on Track and field including a 6.89 second on the 100m.

Haha, yeah. It's incredibly frustrating when you lose something you've been working to get for a while, SA. I remember this one time too when my memory card was 'formatted' (at least that's what my friends called it), and I lost every single dataspace I had on it. o.0

I hate it when i'm reading a book and i turn it up side down to mark what page im on if i need to do something for a split second and my brother comes over and closes it, its rather annoying - especially because i can never remember what page number i was on and if i go to far forward ill find spoilers D:

Small, i know, but damn annoying.

I started writing a long story once on Microsoft Word and had over twenty thousand words for it but one day my computer randomly broke down and everything had to be wiped from it so I lost that story that I worked really hard on. I think I lost a bit of interest in writing after that. >.<

I've lost all my pokemon cards that I've been saving up. I was hoping to save them for a really long time and I cannot find them at all and I have no idea what happend to them. I mean they can't be that hard to find, they were in this huge box!

Yeah, I've had computers crash on me big time, where the only solution was to either format an entire hard drive in DOS outside of windows (no chance of saving first), or a completely new hard drive is in order. Hell, this laptop is the third computer I've gone through in the span of 2 or so years. I've lost savegames, web pages I've designed, things I've written, and whole gigabytes of music I never did commit to CD.

One of these days, I'm going to invest in an external hard drive and start saving these sorts of things to that.

My Gamecube memory card was cheap and stopped working. :'(

I keep going to make posts on things that I think are important, but the virus on my computer keeps making IE pages popup and switches windows. Then I click on my firefox browser and think I've clicked inside the box where I'm supposed to type and press backspace to erase whatever typo I made, but since I didn't click the text box, it takes me to the previous page and then my post is gone. :'(
