Garnet or Dagger

Dagger was there by default, so I kinda just went with it. I just leave at default unless I can come up with something awesome and fitting to rename the characters... which I almost never do

I left it as Dagger as the princesses safety was the first priority, I am a great hero it seems unlike the rest of the members

Dagger sounds like something out of the FF ghetto, next thing you'll have her saying "ain't no one got time fo dat"

I let her keep Dagger since I prefer to go with the names the game suggests, but I think Garnet is nicer.

At first I named her Dagger because I was under the impression it was a temporary thing that would only last through the village. Once I heard it was permanent I loaded a save game from right before her name could be changed and kept her name as Garnet. Maybe if her character was different I could have stood the alias, but Garnet being Garnet, 'Dagger' just felt all wrong.

Agreed. If I could've returned to a save before she changed her name, I probably would've, lol. Because I also thought the name change would be temporary. But even after replaying the game a few times, I still let the game change her name as it wished, from Garnet to Dagger. I prefer Garnet as well, but I like to let the game make these decisions for me... >D; I like keeping to the original storyline, really.
