Going to School

I was driven by my parents in elementary school, then took the bus after that all the way up through 4.5 years of college :dave: I hated the grade school buses because they smelled, they played the worst sort of music imaginable, and the kids threw gum in my hair and said perverted things to me >_>, but I liked riding the PalmTran to college =3 The only thing I didn't like was having to walk back and forth to the stops in the heat with a heavy bag full of books, because I only had one shoulder strap and from home to the bus stop was about 10 blocks :/ And from whatever my last class was to the university bus stop was equally long, or longer :sad3: But I didn't mind the actual ride itself, the public buses are much cleaner than school buses, the people on them are mostly adults, and the seats are more comfortable. Plus for every 7 people that ride at a time, it exudes less pollution than riding in individual cars :monster: Or...some statistic like that :hmmm:

I walked. I was always late as well, which is probably why I still walk pretty fast (just ask anyone who knows me...or Lewis hahaha) It was only a mile or so away. Because I was always late, I'd have to sprint down on my own, coming home was all up hill and I'd ust stroll up with Becki, Jess and Michael :dave:
