Grensen

Hill laughs when the girl slapped Teos in face and leaving the red hand mark.

''Knocked down!''

Hill then follows Ace towards the weapon shop. After being colliding few times with shoulders, he couldn't stand walking through crowd and yells out...

''Move out of the way!''

People first looked who was yelling, and when they found that it was Hill, people made some space for him, Teos and Ace.

''It always works.''

There was no need to say it, Hill had authority, and a lot of it. He had gripped the respect of the people with fear,

"Impressive." Ace commented, with his tone reflecting his statement.

He turned around to notice Teos, and his newly obtained slap mark,

"Whoa, that's one hell of a B-slap you got there, what did you do to get that one?" Ace had asked, with a slight laugh in his voice.
But before Teos could answer, someone had quite rudely yelled,

"YO! Ace 'GAY'dia!!!"

Instinctively, Ace turned around and back stepped to avoid the punch flying at him,

"Ace Gaydia? How original... I'm surprised you didn't call me Gayce..." Ace had remarked rolling his eyes,"

The man who had insulted and assaulted him seemed to be around 20, he was tall and muscular and dressed badly, and smelt even worse.

"Listen punk! You have some nerve winning that fight against Kerouno! You don't know how much money I lost in the betting," His expression furious, "You're gonna pay though! I'm gonna make you pay with blood!"

Ace smirked and materialized Blackjack into his hands.

"Ok, I'm always up for a fight!"

The man drew a long sword from a scabbard on his back, the others in the store had began to crowd around. However, before anything could begin somebody had screamed out in a voice that could split the sky,

"DON'T YOU DARE HURT ACE!!!"

A teenage girl, with light brown hair, and pond blue eyes, presumably 15 or 16, the same one who had screamed, had darted towards the man in a flash and punched the man across his face, knocking him to the ground and unconscious.

Ace's jaw had dropped, and so had mostly everyone who had been watching, he mustered up his voice in an attempt to speak,

"Uh, thanks for th--"

Before he could finish, with an iron grip, she grabbed onto his shoulders,

"Are you ok?! Did he hurt you?!"

"No, I'm fine, thanks though.

She had calmed down and released her grip,

"I am Sireena, I'm your biggest fan!" She took a deep breath, "I saw you fighting at the arena last night, you were AWESOME! Even more awesome than Sineffo beer!"

Ace had seemed to flinch,

"Sineffo beer? That's the greatest drink of all time!"

"OMG!!! It's my FAVOURITE drink ever!"

"No way, you speak teh 1337 as well?!"

"You can bet on it!"

They sure had a lot in common, so much that it was scary. She had a delicate appearance, but this girl was a rose, she had thorns. She could knock out a full grown man with a single punch, it was rather intimidating.

"Do you mind if I take a photo with you? It would mean SO much to me."

Ace smiled,

"After what you did for me, why not?"

She had handed her camera that she had around her neck over to Teos, expecting him to take their photo and explaining that he simply needed to make sure they were both on the screen then press the big button, To pose for the photo, Ace lightly rested his arm on her shoulder, she latched onto him... Tightly.

Ace opened his mouth to speak,

"Say Sineffo..."

And they both in synchronization exclaimed:

"SINEFFO!"<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

OOC: Teos have authority, eh ^^
Typo anyone ^^

Also. you ARE aware that we don't have electronics, nor any camera-like technology, but I will allow it ^^
------------------
The pain from he slap had started to wear off. It was better.
Teos could feel Kelip still laughing her ass off in his ponytail.

A fangirl popped in, and she had the same way of speaking as Ace.

The thing about her, is that she looked nothing like a fighter, but she leveled a man with one punch. that alone was something

Teos was asked to take a picture, and was handed a small box, with some glass parts on it.
The girl explained it enough for Teos to know how to use it.
But be came from a farm, not one of the technology parts.

Still, Teos did what he was asked.
He tried to get the whole being of them both, on this "screen" she mentioned.
He pushed the button he was told, and there was a flash of light, as well as a low 'click' sound coming from the box.

He did not like it. He pictured in his mind that this thing would burst in flames in his hands.
He quickly returned it to the overly eager owner.

OOC: Hey. Sorry I've been gone so long guys, but it's hard trying to figure out what to do. Anywho, if there are any repetitons in this post (there shouldn't be, but I could be mistaken) then forgive me. School really has me by the nose lately.

After the men had dashed off to the Arena, cutting Crystal off in mid-explanation, she just watched their receding backs with a twinge of frustration. But a smile also tugged at the corner of her mouth. Boys will be boys, she reminded herself.

With a sigh, she retired to the inn and took a long overdue nap.

Loud commotion downstairs woke her up. She descended the stairs, stifling a yawn and found Ace in the clutches of some wide-eyed, rabid fangirl. Teos was pointing some demonic device at the pair and there was a flash of light followed by a *click*.

I really need something to drink. was her only thought.

OOC: DM, we are actually in the weapon shop, not in the inn, but I'll just assume you followed us in. ^^

-------------------------

Sireena was jumping with glee and sheer excitement.

"Thank you so much!"

"Don't mention it, it's no big." Ace replied cooly.

He waved her goodbye, as she exited the store in an unusual fashion, bubbling with joy and glee. Ace found it amusing how Teos and the other people seemed so freaked out by Sireena's camera, they really were behind in Lafegath, when it came to technology.

It was then that Ace had noticed the Crystal had entered the room,

"GM Crystal!" Ace had called out, not particularly sure if anybody in this crowd could pick up on acronyms.

Hill had a very confused look on his face. He couldn't understand neither half of it what Ace and the fan girl talked about. And when Crystal came in, he was even more confused. What the heck GM meant?

''Ace, can you speak like, NORMAL English. You would help us understand 90% of what you are talking about.''

Ace chuckled slightly,

"If I must," he said with a joking tone.
He knew Hill was right though, people in Lafegath were very unconnected to technology. It was an adjustment he would just have to make, though Ace still intended to teach the others a little bit of leet on the way. If he didn't, 1337 and other assorted acronyms would never spread to this dark age nation.

T'is a fair compromise. Ace had thought to himself.

"Good MorningCrystal!" Ace had correted himself, he turned to Hill,

"Better?" he asked with his teeth showing in a grin.

Teos just smiled, thinking back to the short lesson that Ace gave him.
He was still confused, thought be knew some of the terms.

Though, he still had difficulties with understanding completely.

So, he just stood there, trying to ignore it, but the same time, suck up a few terms.

''Much.''

Hill gets a funny thought that he had to share with rest of them.

''I don't wanna know how would you direct a person somewhere with that language.''

"Well, you never really use it to direct people," Ace began, "In more technological advanced countries, it is usually more common."

Ace cracked his neck and looked around, there were weapons hung all on the walls,

"So T-man" Ace said whilst facing Teos with a smirk on his face, "You getting a sword, or are we gonna stand here like noobs?"

Noob probably wasn't a good word to use...

His head tilted in confusion.
"Noob....?"

he shook his head, and walked over to the clerk.
"Ill take that short sword" Teos stated as he pointed to one that was hanging on a wall.
It was slightly curved, and had one edge (Wakisazhi)
After Teos payed, he fastened it in different ways, until deciding on having it diagonally in the lower back region.

"Well, then I'm done at least" Teos smiled to Ace

"You getting a sword, or are we gonna stand here like noobs?"

Now Hill had question mark at top of his head. But he couldn't complain, Ace is still a kid to Hill's eyes. So he justs shrugs.
After Teos finally chose his weapon of choice, some sort of a smaller version of katana, Hill says...

''Now that you found yourself a butter-knife lets get going. This crowd is suffocating me.''

Teos turned to the remark.
"Yeah, call it what you wish, it is still a good sword" Teos brushed it off.

"Also, if my sword is a butter knife, then what is yours" He grinned back, as he walked past him

''I see you can't take a joke. The khanjars are light and sharp weapons, plus I use them for...''

Hill stops talking and drags out his left khanjar with left hand and drags out a lighter from right hand. He turns on the fire on lighter and continues.

''...this.''

The fire moved to the khanjar that was immediately set whole on fire, but Hill couldn't feel the heat so he had no problems with it. Then he notices a shop assistant drinking an cold tea with ice.

''For this too.''

The fire dispersed and Hill points his khanjar on the glass of cold tea with ice. Ice raises from the glass and moves to the khanjar, the khanjar turned whole icy.

''Now this one is very lethal. I also can do two more stuff but I don't feel like ruining private property at the moment.''

The ice disperses and Hill sheathes the left khanjar and put the lighter back in pocket.

''I use them cause they are light and sharp enough to kill. It is also a good choice of weapon when I power them up with earth.''

"Ah" Teos Remarks "You use them since they are light, and sharp enough to kill. So you mean that My blade is not?" he smiles

''Yeah, but also the curves on khanjars and those small versions of katanas are facing differently for use. If you were to defend yourself with katana, the enemy could just slide the through sharp edges of katana and hurt you. But with khanjars the curves are made differently. If I would defend myself and if the enemy slides his weapon, it would get stuck on the curve and allowing me to repel the attack.''

Hill takes a deep breath and awaits a reply.

Teos let out a laugh.
"You do know that I don't tend to use close combat, I have summoned beings for that" He stated with a grin
"And even if you have an advantage, if the enemy withdraws the blade slightly, he can stab you, so there is not too much of a difference"

They both had valid points. Hill's weapons did have the advantage. At least with the magic system.
But Teos was not wrong either.

''Well just don't get really used to your creatures. There will be time when you will have rely more on cold steel then summons.''

Hill turns around and walks four steps forward, the people were walking away from shops so there was just a small crowd. He stops and turns his head to the left a bit and says...

''Well lets get going.''

"heh, that is true" Teos stated with a light chuckle.

Teos awaited the gathering of the 'team' so that they could eighter continue shopping, or get moving to another location.

Ace sighed sarcastically,

"I already have an inkling of our next destination, the bookstore," a slight grin came across his face, "If we're lucky, we might find a book on how to speak leet."

Ace chuckled,

"Or I could get a haircut or something, my hair is pretty long," he tilted his head and rubbed his chin, "Or possibly, we can go catch a movie?"

Ace scratched his head,

"Does Lafegath even have movies?"
