Help with a mark, book isn't helping at all

I hope this isn't the wrong place to post this, I'm new here, but I need help getting a stupid mark to appear. It's the lindwyrm mark in the Tchita Uplands (# 22) I made sure the weather conditions are correct as the book said but this sucker won't appear! any tips guys? is the book innacurate or is my game retarded?

1. Make sure it's CLOUDY not RAINING.

2. Make sure to look in the are east of the area with the blue save crystal (not the area with th croc and lizards), it'll only appear there.

3. Be at a good level for when he his low on damage an go in prepared, he uses restore or renew to get back a whole lot more HP.

Those 3 things should help you in finding him, and possibly beating him.

I did all of those things, and still nothing...I got very frustrated and turned the game off for like 6 hours and then I came back to it and realized that I had forgotten to speak to the petitioner for the hunt. man do I feel stupid now...

Oh dude, I hate when that happens. And then if your not near a teleport crystal, you have to walk ages to get to one.. Ugh, I feel sorry for you.
