HELP!!!

I need help/suggestions on what levels i should be, and skills/weapons i should have

I keep wanting to go in the caverns, but then i get massacred by the enemies... my highest level is 34... what level(s) should i be that would best help?

(any mist moves i should know, or magicks, before i go in?)

I assume you mean Zertinan? Well it highly depends on which way you go in but i'd say level 40 minimum for most areas. Also knowing at least 2nd stage elemental magic and a lot of green magic protection spells. Don't bother with mist and if you see the radar go fuzzy, leave the area until around 50/60 or you can get easily massacred by the Esper in there (addramalech)
