i dno if my game as a glitch but i got a turbo ether of the chocobo man dude wen i got 0.00 on a chocobo thing did this happen to any1 else plz tell me asap i need help

Oh... I know what you did wrong. When your trying to get the sun sigil the guides tell you to get a time of 0:00 however, the time you really must get is under 0:00. You must have just made it to 0:00 but no lower. Try it again and go for one more extra balloon or something and you should get it.

if you get less than 0.0.0 then you get sun sigil but if you get exactly 0.0.0 you dont get it

Yeah, I'm kinda confused by your wording though of what it is you actually are working towards? Is it the Sigil, or something else? To just get access to the weapon, all you have to do is win the race. To get the Sigil, like previously stated, you need to get a score under 0.0.0.

Whats the Turbo Ether stuff? Is that what you got as a consolation prize instead?

Maybe you already have the Sun Sigil in your inventory. I know that after you aquire the Sun Sigil and you get the 0:00 score, you get a Turbo Ether.

Hmmmmmmm it took me a long time to do that but yea you gotta get les then 0.0.0 yea but when i did it i got 0.0.0 and he gave me turbo ether and i was omfg!!!!!!!!!! but then after that he was like "oh that was a perfect run! thats going down in my book heres a little some thing i found in one of the nests" and he gave me sun sigle!

Indeed, you have to get your time under 0.0.0 and then get a Turbo Ether for beating your current score and then the Sun Sigil afterwords. And I suggest SAVE. It took me over 30 minutes to get that elusive prize and I saved right after. On 4 different Memory cards. Just incase ya know? Just get more than 15 ballons and less than 1 or no birds and your set, my winning was 17 ballons and 1 bird. Best run of my life, cause now I always get 3-8 birds
