Henne Mines Help Me

I can't seem to find the way to get to the hidden areas of the Henne Mines. I've tried just about everything in the world and I just keep ending up at the same spots. My 3 main chars are over lvl 80 and I heard its the best place to level up. What do I need to do to find this wretched place?
 
You need at least 10 espers, then go talk to the geomancer where the garif live
 
ack sorry about posting in the wrong spot, i just signed up today. anyway i found the door. it was the one i thought it would be in the ore separation. weird though i had to talk to him twice before he actually did it? thanx
