As you know all of us Americans are addicted to Caffeine, and personally I think if you took it away from us in one sudden instance we would completely fall to the floor like marionettes.

Though all that to say, how do you like your coffee (if you want to call a latte coffee as well you can) or tea?

I honestly have to mix it up throughout the day. By nature I love dark coffee with rich flavor. I am a naturalist when it comes to my coffee usually, but I will break down for the Hazelnut brand when my mouth sort of starts tasting like tar. Hazelnut with one packet of sugar.

My favorite coffee I've had was in Brazil. Forte, for strong of course and the stuff basically is crazy good.

Love this stuff, and on occasion I'll splurge.

Stupidly strong. One third of the cup is filled with coffee and the rest water. No sugar no milk and it's perfect. It's only been a couple years since I really started to love coffee. I always loved the smell but thought it tasted like a wet dog. It gives merit to the ole story that you have to be an adult to enjoy it....guess I'm old. Either old or a complete weirdo cuz I enjoy coffee chocolates aswell. I can now eat a bag of revels without any worry! Coffee and cappuccino? Gimme gimme. Keeps me warm in this winter cold aswell.

This is exactly me. Its like you stole my opinion. I have mine stupid strong and black like midnight. Its actually pretty bad now because if I dont have a cup when I get up I feel like somethings missing the entire day. It keeps me warm too, sometimes I just make extra cups to hold in my hands.

Yeeeeah, no. :wacky: I can actually function without coffee.

With that said, I don't drink coffee daily, maybe 2-3 times a week, if that. Sometimes I go without for weeks/months. I used to drink a lot though, but I've cut down. (And even then I could still function without coffee!)

As for flavor...I love Don Francisco's Hawaiian Hazelnut. Medium roast...can't stand the black and strong stuff. I need creamer, preferably hazelnut, but I'll take french vanilla too.

Green tea is my favorite, but I'll try others too.

Fun fact: when I was younger (as in, 4-5 years old) my parents used to serve us rice with coffee all over it. "Labay kape sa kanin." I actually loved it. That's how we survived when we didn't have meat on the side. Third world country problems.

I've actually just recently started liking black coffee. I usually have my coffee with a little sugar and cream. And it has to be cream, not half and half, creamer or milk. I'm weird like that I guess. :lew:

And Lew, I love coffee chocolates as well. Anything coffee flavored really.

I can't stand coffee... Sometimes I feel like I'm OK with the smell but then it lingers and I feel nauseous.

Tea... Always with some sugar, I guess... sometimes with some cream. Depends on the flavour. I'm more of a soda or juice person. :lew:

I don't like coffee that much, sometimes I'll order a vanilla latte (or anything that has cinnamon in it) without espresso shots >.>.
I drink Arabic coffee sometimes if I'm eating something really sweet.

I like tea though, milk tea, green tea, thyme tea etc, can't get enough!

My coffee may as well be black, albeit not as strong as it could be, because even I have my tolerance limits. However I do habitually put in a very slight amount of milk despite there being little reason to. I naturally stay away from sugar and any kind of sweeteners, because of my resolute belief that they have no place in a hot beverage. So you can picture my disgust when I see my dad throw in a good few teaspoons of brown sugar into the now caramelised soup he calls his coffee.

Besides chrysanthemum, I pretty much drink any type of tea or blend as I fancy, from a casual cup of lapsang souchong to strong jasmine tea after a meal. I have an affinity with Chinese tea as you can probably tell. Flavoured green tea is still a relative novelty to me and I've fallen in love with pomegranate flavoured green tea. :cali:

Soy chai lattes and green tea are my only go-to's for hot drinks. Sometimes I'll turn to Raspberry Leaf tea for cramps. I avoid caffeine in general.

Black tea - milk and two. anything else is wrong! (although I have cut down to milk and 1 so im a bit of a heathen :wacky:)

My coffee has to have some creamer and/or flavoring in it. Straight coffee is too bitter for these taste buds of mine. :lew: On that note, I prefer light roast coffees, since they provide the best "jolt" that's typically needed in the morning (or whenever).

For teas, I like a variety of them now. I used to love my green teas, then also tried to black teas with some honey for a while.

Normally I use just a tea spoon of sugar in my tea and coffee. I used to always put loads of creamer and sugar in my coffee. As I've gotten older though I find it disgusting to add all of that into it.
I've only found 1 type of coffee that I can drink black and add nothing to it. It's called 'Highlander Grogg'. Absolutely amazing stuff

Tea all the way - the dark teas, Prince of Whales, Earl Grey, Irish Breakfast. I've found some very nice types that I really like also - Morning Miracle, Dragonmoon, Indonesian Black, Star of India, Blue Sapphire Afternoon, among others. Rooibos is very good but a light red color tea made from special African grass. Doesn't take well to milk and more then a half teaspoon sugar over powers it. Yerba Mate roasted taste a little like coffee and Yerba Mate green is great but add milk and it turns a weird green. I used to hear that you can taste the paper with tea bags and I didn't know what they were talking about until I started drinking loose leaf tea. Now when I drink tea bag tea it taste like someone took a sheet of printer paper and soaked it in the tea and served it to me. I drink it with milk and sugar (2 sugar spoon spoonfuls) in a huge cup that take 1/2 of a large coffee press. The coffee press is the best thing that ever happened to my tea. I remember having tea in a baby bottle and used to take it to school instead of milk - grade school and high school.

I like coffee but can't drink it often because it triggers migraines. When I do drink it, and I like Irish cream, I fill half a cup with coffee and the other half with milk and a lot of sugar - more then I put in twice as much tea.

This is the site I get my tea from - http://www.britishtea.com/ - they have some great stuff and reasonable prices.

I saw someone on facebook post about putting a tea bag in a coffee machine and I was horrified

I don't care how well you clean the....thingy... that the coffee goes in, you don't do that to tea :rage:

Boil kettle, tea bag in cup, pour boiling water into cup

Let it brew for a while. Hence MAKING A FUCKING BREW NOT INSTANT TEABAGCOFFEE Jesus wept

discard tea bag, add milk

Never ever put the milk in first.

I put sugar and milk in my coffee most of the time. I do enjoy straight black coffee without anything in it every once in a while though.

I drink coffee with a lot of milk in it, sometimes up to 3 cups a day. Never put sugar inside though. Yeah. I know 3 cups is a bit too much, but I can't help without it!

Soooo - how's everyone drinking their coffee these days?

I prefer to drink my creamer with a splash of coffee now & then. It's totally unhealthy and delicious so I don't care what you think! I try and not drink any. I can't really find any tea that I like that I don't load up with sugar - To be honest I'd rather drink water, and so most of the time I do.

I stepped into a Starbucks once and felt too overwhelmed by the jargon and flannel. But I can't deny that the chai lattes are like liquid warm hugs. Everyone needs a liquid warm hug. :coffee:

Anyway, here is a picture of my favorite coffee mug for bonus points! It holds like 5 cups of coffee, I swear!

Chai lattes are my favorite! ^_^ I order one every time I go to a cafe. I think you have described it perfectly!

I actually don't drink coffee. I tried to, but the more sips I took, the more I disliked it. I'm more of a tea person - with/without milk and 1 tsp sugar (I once used to put 3 tsp! >_< )

The only tea I don't like is Earl Grey, but I'll drink pretty much any thing else (green tea, chamomile, etc.).

I haven't had any coffee for over a decade, but when I prepared it I'd put sugar and milk in it. My tea on the other hand, I prefer green.
