how do you get the Lhusu Mines Key?

Hmm, which key do you need? For Site 3? For Site 11? If you can be more specific, that would help a lot. Because I know you can't get the keys until some hunts are available, although I think Antlion has the key for Site 3.

You can get the one for Site 11 in the Phon Coast Hunters Camp. I don't know where you're at in the game, so I don't really know if they're readily available or not.

you can only do the hunt thats gets you the key after arriving at mount bur-omisace
 
Depends wouldnt even think about going in there unless your level 30 or so.

Site 3 key is available from the start of the Antlion hunt. Site 11 key can be found on the ground next to the 'fallen man' on the Phon Coast Hunters camp AFTER the Antlion hunt is over.
