How many times a day do you eat?

Two or three times a day.
My breakfast it's usually something healthy like cottage cheese, weetabix, vegetable soup. My luch would be a hot drink and a small snack, and I usually skip dinner or eat fruit or something.
I eat healthy :)

- Dinner
- Tea

I snack in between sometimes, but those are my main meals.
 
To be honest i am not really much of an eater :S
I NEVER eat breakfast although i have heard this is bad for you? (metabolism or some shit lol)
Il have a small lunch then maybe dinner i dont know but luch just seems to stick wiv me al day until night time i might get a sandwhich.. i dont really have a pattern!

That's completely true! Not eating breakfast will make your learning capabilities suffer incredibly! So, before college/school people should eat breakfasts! :gasp:

As for me, I eat three times a day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Might skip one of the three depending on the day (if I wake up late or not and so on :P)
 
Argh, this moring I had a hangover so I didn't make any breakfast... Or lunch.... Or dinner... All I had were chocolate chip cookies :gasp:
 
I snack too much. :gasp:

I rarely have breakfast, either because I have to go to school, or on weekends/holidays I wake up at about 1 pm. Don't usually have lunch either, mainly because once again I wake up too late.

But when I wake up I usually make my self some toast (a little bunch action). Hence why I snack to much, because I don't usually have breakfast or lunch. But I always have dinner. :3
 
Most of the time I eat two times a day. I'll throw together a quick breakfast in the morning if I have time, but if I'm in a hurry I sometimes go without. As for lunch, I never take one to school and I definately never buy the cafeteria food, so I skip that every day. I always eat dinner though because I'm usually dying of hunger by the time it rolls around..
 
Just two times a day that I would anything that you could call an actual meal. For me, I either have a breakfast or a lunch, but not both, and always dinner, which is often quite filling.

About whether I have Breakfast or Lunch, it is just a matter of whenever I feel like going and whipping up a bite to eat, although I guess it'd be better if I had breakfast more often than Lunch, shouldn't go a very long time without eating a thing.

Speaking of, I haven't eaten a thing all day... XD *goes to make peanut butter sandwich*
 
Um...about twice a day. If I get in breakfast, then I skip lunch. If I don't, then I usually eat a lunch consisting of between 3-4 chicken strips and some kind of diet soda.

Dinner is always a variety.

And after that, I may have some random snack.

Breakfast
Lunch (12-1pm)
Early Dinner (6pm)

four:
Breakfast
Early Lunch (10-11am)
Late Lunch (4pm-ish)
Late Dinner (Around 8-9pm)

Not including snacks. That's my general eating plan.
 
i eat between 4-7 times a day, but most of the time it's some random bag of chips or some such. I really only eat about 3 full meals on weekends, and 2 actual meals on weekdays because school food does not qualify as food. It doesn't.
 
I eat over 10 times a day. Firstly, its breakfast which consists of either cereal or a fry-up. Then its random snacks like KFC, a few bags of crisps, sandwiches or sweets. Then its lunch; I usually have one or more of the following: chicken meals, noodles, pizza, fish and chips, burgers, wraps or sandwiches. Then I have a shit load of snacks until dinner. My dinners rival Henry the VIII's feasts. After that its a few snacks, then Dessert; usually ice-cream. After that, more snacks. On top of that, I have 5 cans of soft drink a day, and a few pints of beer or a glass of wine. Surprisingly, I weigh 60 kg. Overall.....a fairly unhealthy diet. :wacky:
 
Conversely to the post above, I barely eat but just don't stay slim - I'm stuck in this fat person's body. -__-

Breakfast - a bowl of cereal.
Lunch - A sandwich and a packet of crisps.
Dinner - Whatever mother makes.

I'll maybe have the odd other packet of crisps, or small bar of chocolate but, other than that, I eat nothing else. I drink Diet Irn Bru like it's water, though ... but there's no sugar in that, so there's no reason to put on any weight. :wacky:
 
I eat once maybe twice, i usually skip breakfast mainly cause i sleep till midday, i occasionally have lunch it all depends on how i'm feeling and i usually have dinner, but i get into moods where i just don't eat for 2 maybe 3 days.

And i somehow manage to maintain my beefy structure :/
 
Not much actually. Usually 2 on the weekends on whenever there's not school or work, when I eat 3 times a day. But when I do I usually eat a ton of food, which is bad, and it's hard to break. :(
 
I eat 3 times a day, not including snacks.

Breakfast: English muffin
Lunch: A small turkey or ham coldcut sandwich and twizlers
After school: Power bar.
Dinner: Something... And then an apple with yogurt, and one or more snacks.

And I barely weigh anything.
 
*hehe i eat only once but i gobble up tons of food so i look like golum from lord of the rings :D im not kidding :D just dont have time to eat juts play hard :D weeeeeeeeeeee :d
