well, im done in esthar and i have decided i want max stats. wat should i do first though. should i get weapons first, get all gf's or find best magic. also can some1 tell me were i can draw strong magic junction from enemies such as demi, pain

Junction magic like Ultima and Firaga to your stats. You can max out STR and others before even getting the final weapons. You can deal 9999 damage even without the final weapons if you have enough magic.

There should be an Ultima draw point in the Shumi Village entry :hmmm:

Bear in mind, the Ultima draw point in Shumi Village costs money.

Hidden draw points on the Islands Closest to Heaven and Hell contain the Ultima spells (add to Str junction) plus others including Full Life (add to Hp junction), Tripe (add to Spd junction), Meteor (add to Mag junction), Aura (add to Luck), Tornado (add to Eva junction).

Map of hidden draw points:

To get Pain:
Tri-Face (1 = 1 Curse Spike = 10 Pain with ST Mag-RF)

To get Meltdown (add to Vit junction)
- Gayla (1 = 1 Mystery Fluid = 10 Meltdown with ST Mag-RF)

To get Reflect (add to Spr junction)
Dragon Skin = Reflect (Supt Mag-RF)

Add all of these to get the best out of the junctions plus requiring the Ultimate weapons. You can also permanently increase your stats with items such as HP Up's, Str Up etc to really max out your stats. Stats max out at 255.

Every draw point 'refills' after x number of steps, i'm not sure the actual amount however.
Each time you want to use that Shumi draw point it costs 5000gil I think, but be warned, they'll charge you even if it isn't restocked yet, so make sure you save to make sure you don't miss out on any gil.

Also, they've already been mentioned but, Islands Closest to Heaven/Hell are excellent parts for the best magics, and with Enc-None on (from Diablos) you can just run around collecting all the magics.

You don't necessarily need to know where they are, just run around pressing X and you'll get a feel of where they all are eventually.

what about the 1 at shumi village. does tht refill

Yes it's the same x number of steps to walk. Also as Jill Valentine said each time you use the draw point in Shumi Village it will cost 5000g.

Side Note:

You are unable to enter Shumi Village on Disc 4.

What Shaun said about the islands of heaven and hell. and yes, Magic is the main thing you should be going after if you want to be super strong.
